In the year 580 YLE... The planet Arilia was governed within the iron grip of the World Order. ''''Moon-touched '''' activity had become rampant on a global scale- where various factions desperately attempted to overthrow the authority of the World Order. In response... they devised a plan to breed their own loyal agents to fight against the increasingly opposition. The World Order adopted two new sanctions: Sanction #6- which involved recruiting and training bounty hunters to locate and observe rogue - moon-touched uprisings; and Sanction #7, which brought in a team of highly trained enforcers called Project Alpharius--or Team S7-Alpha, to eradicate any threats. Seven infants were chosen for their exceptional moon-touched abilities and are taken to a breeding facility for specialized training and technological enhancements.
