Where was I? Not the hardest thing to figure out. Finding out that I was in a shithole city with Nazi''''s, a dragon, and drug dealers running amok? Far less pleasant. I have no clue how to solve the current state of affairs. Even trying to fix this mess on a good day seemed like an ask. Powers or not. Then again?
