This is a story about warriors, farmers, and the places in between. This is a story about space, and soil. But mostly, this is the story that Nicola fell into, a space marine sci fi on a doomed ship, upon which the poor girl found herself without a single violent skill to her name. Armed only with the knowledge given to her by a book that preferred ominous ambiguity to clarity, she needs to find her way home, or save the ship from itself.
