The "Rainy City" of Manchester is a place where many unlikely connections can form and this even applies to the supernatural world tucked away from our own. On a night out like any other Amaris, a young, nervous and book-obsessed Vampire comes into contact with Dimha, a confident and career-driven Demon who is new to the city. What starts as a chance encounter blossoms into something a lot more, with Amaris not just showing Dimha around the city, but showing her parts of herself while Dimha helps Amaris navigate the hidden world of the supernatural and embrace herself.
