And I got another new message.

“Is there anything else you need from me” Our teacher asked.
“Um, yes” I say. “I do need a new spell right away”
“Oh, which one do you need?”
“Fire Magic- Bzing Spiral” I told her.
“Of course, and in exchange for the formu, I will need 5 bzing Shards. Can you bring those to me?”
“Here you are, I came prepared” I say, handing over a bag with the five orange crystal shards.
“Oh, wow, how did you know I would ask for these?” My teacher said, before moving on quickly. “Well, let me right out the formu for you and you can be on your way”
She then walked back over to her desk and wrote out a magic circle from one of her books.
“Here you are, one magic formu. Have a great day, Chloe and Nyx”
The sheet acted as the physical item for a one time use item called a spell sheet from the game. By using it, the spell would be added to my proficiency. I would just need to study this, which was a lot of what we did in magic css, so it was second nature to me.
“Umm, Nyx, can we talk?” Chloe asked me. She had been staring intently at me since we left the wilds, but I was hard focusing on the message I got when we left the wilds for hunting with her.
10,000 points was more than I had ever seen at one point, so this was insane for one day of hunting. That, plus clearing the dungeon giving me points, I was rolling in the points now.
“Sure, what's up?” I ask her.
“Well, ever since we left the wilds, you have just been staring at the space in front of you, not responding until we found the teacher. Are you ok?”
“Yeah, I'm fine, just surprised at the new game plus thing for hunting with another pyer” I say, completely nonchantly.
But Chloe’s response confuses me. “New Game Plus?”
She was confused by what I was saying, which didn’t make sense. Didn’t the other pyers also have the menu which I had been using. It was the reason I was as strong as I was so quickly, I assumed everyone was using it.
“What are you talking about?” Chloe asked.
But before I could respond, someone hugged me from behind. And thanks to the familiar sensation of her arms around me, and the scent of her perfume, I instantly recognized Emily.
“Oh, Emily, what are you doing here?” I asked her, changing the topic before she heard anything that could confuse her.
“I was waiting for you to get back, but I didn’t expect you to get back so soon” she said. “YOu spent a lot longer out st week though”
“Yeah, we just finished already” I told her. But I could notice that Chloe was still looking uncomfortable. “Oh, yeah Chloe this is Emily, my girlfriend, and Emily this is Chloe my new friend” I told the both of them.
“Oh, yes. Hi, Princess Emily” Chloe said, bowing her head.
“Oh, none of that. Any friend of Nyx is one of mine as well” Emily said.
“Um, I don’t think you have ever said something nice to Aric” I said.
“ANd I don’t think you should be friends with that weirdo” Emily said. “He’s weird”
“That's not a reason”
“Well, fine, but how about we go get some food?” EMily said. “And you can come as well Chloe”.
“Allright” CHloe said.
And before I could respond, I was pulled along with the two of them, my arm still being held by Emily.

After I had dinner with Emily and Chloe, a dinner in which I think they started to get along, I headed back to my room for the night.
I was pnning on going back to hunting tomorrow early to get the most work done, and I had something to confirm.
When I cleared the ruined castle, I gained 1000 points for the new game plus menu. If this is repeatable, then I could gain a rge amount of points in one day.
That, plus where I want to grind is a dungeon will help a lot with my level and proficiency, so two birds one stone if I can get everything to work out.
If I can get this to work, I will level up much faster than I did while I was pying the game originally.
Pulling up the new game puls menu, I look over all of the options.

Currently I had enough points to push my EXP multiplier, the one I care the most about, since I want higher stats quickly, all the way to 7.7, but I wanted to look at the other options for once.
I scrolled through the skill list and saw a few I wanted from it, but I could wait on all of them.
Today, I was looking at the Level up options. For 100 points, I could increase the level of any proficiency or my level itself.
As I was now, this wasn’t the best option, since I was still low level and could level up somewhat easily. BUt ter, when I was way higher level, this could be extremely easy to abuse.
Based on what I could figure, it was about one in-game hour to one day hunting, depending on what you were doing. At level 100, it took over an hour, hunting in the best spots to get to the next level, so that would be over a whole day.
Transting to hunting one day with just one day hunting with Chloe could get me much more at the same point.
Making a few more assumptions about how much the points cost would increase, it would take 505,000 points to go up 100 levels at one point, or 51 times hunting with Chloe.
Theoretically, if I met other pyers, this would increase even more.
BUt who knows who they are, and if I can grind dungeons to get points, I can do that much faster than the 10k a day from Chloe.
But with this all somewhat pnned, I make my pns for tomorrow.

Chloe was back in her dorm for the night, changing into her sleeping clothes, thinking about Nyx.
“She was so cool while fighting that boss today. Completely focused”
CHloe hadn’t been there when everyone in css saw Nyx fight the night and Aric, so she had no clue her crush was the highest ranked fighter in the first year combat csses.
Rumors hadn’t had time to spread yet, so Nyx is not a well known figure in school just yet.
“BUt what was she talking about? New Game PLus” she said to herself. She had no clue what Nyx was talking about, but Nyx didn’t seem to understand why.
While thinking about it, a memory from deep in her head surfaced.

It was the message that Chloe received right when she woke up in this world, and it made no sense since she saw all that time ago.
“I still don’t know what the several bonuses were, and I haven't gotten any yet. I just assumed that the game hadn’t been going on that long. The story just started. The css Election hasn’t even happened”
The first event in the story of Starcross adventure was the css election, where a first year student is chosen to represent them on the student council. Afterwards there is a party where the school is attacked by cultists.
That is the first story event, where your party has to defend from the cultist attack and make it to safety, since you are too low level to stay and fight.
“THat is where I thought I would get the first bonus, but if that's true, what was Nyx talking about”
CHloe didn’t know.
SHe thought about going and asking Nyx herself about it, but decided against it, since it was too te.
With that, she went to bed, thinking about what she was going to do the next day.

As Nyx was working on her pn for the next day, and Chloe was thinking about Nyx and the weird things she said, Emily was trying to pn for the next day as well.
“I wonder if I can convince her to go out into the city on a date instead of hunting tomorrow?”
She hopelessly made pns for the next day.
∴
And finally, Rose was dealing with her own things.
“Rose, can you help me on a hunt tomorrow?”
“Rose, can you help with my homework?”
“Rose, we should join this club together”
And her popurity was growing every day, but that would be important on a ter day.
