  1. Dragonix

  Also known as the 'Second Universe' is the stage where the events of 'Throne of Dragonix' take place. It is broadly divided into two classification systems, geographically—4 Layers and Socio-politically—9 Realms.

  2. Layer

  It is the broadest geographic classification that divides Dragonix based on the stability of 'Kannu' for existence and stability of 'height above sea level'. It is further classified into 'Stable' and 'Dynamic' Layers. (Detailed breakdown in Glossary II)

  3. Realm

  It is the broadest socio-political division of Dragonix. It is a state, a political unity amongst different species/sentinel who share at least one of the following:

  i) Realm Magical element

  ii) Habitat

  iii) Affinity for Realm Magical element

  iv) Political views

  There are 9 Realms in Dragonix with their respective general Realm Magical element. Each realm is further divided into 'Clans' for each species of that realm.

  4. Species

  A group of organisms/sentinel beings who are genetically different from one another and cannot produce a fertile offspring. Example: A dragon and a hound are of different species.

  The tale has been stolen; if detected on Amazon, report the violation.

  5. Race

  Genetically-similar groups of organisms of the same species who have characteristic differences but can produce a fertile offspring. Example: A Fire dragon and a Shadow dragon are dragons but belong to Fire and Shadow elements, respectively.

  SOCIO-POLITICAL TERMS

  1. Throne

  The 'Throne' of Dragonix is not an ordinary throne made of wood. It has its spiritual mind and is the most powerful object/spirituality of the Second Universe. The literal God of Dragonix.

  2. Emperor

  Emperor is the Supreme Paramount who rules over Dragonix on the behalf of the Throne irrespective of species, race, class and social standing. He is chosen after passing a series of tribulations against 8 more candidates, one each from a realm. Considered the strongest, wisest and most intelligent of his era. After a candidate is chosen, they're no longer affiliated to any Realms.

  3. Great Aide

  It is the most important advisor of the Emperor in Dragonix. The Great Aide is directly chosen by the Throne of Dragonix from birth and it serves, the Throne till death. They are independent of the Emperor and both serve as a check and balance for each other. The Great Aide is the Emperor's ally in his presence and Dragonix's guardian in his absence.

  4. The King/Queen of a Realm

  They are the representative heads of the Realms, often the dragon leader of a race belonging to a particular Realm. They are responsible for conducting sessions in their respective Realms with the other species in coexistence. Also, they bring Universal issues in the Council to seek solutions for their realms as well as Dragonix. Example:- Supposing a species X and a species Y live in Trailblazer along with the Fire dragons, who are ruled by the Fire Dragon King. The species had their own territories and their rule in Trailblazer. But, on a universal level, the Fire Dragon King is the representative of the Trailblazer Realm in the Council.

  4. Candidates for Throne

  The best of the individuals from a Realm who competes against 8 more from other Realms in a trial/tribulations to become the Emperor.

  5. The Council

  The Council comprises of the Emperor, the Great Aide, the Nine Kings/Queens of the Realms, and some important delegates. It is the highest place of decision making in Dragonix. The members are the decision makers and the chief executives of any plan or scheme made in the Council.
