The world, tracing all the way back to the original clan, had been at peace. With them was a flow of energy called Ryo that heightened their physical prowess and gave them special and unique abilities. Such were referred to as Kajin which in their native tongue meant ' the blessed ' .Those without were regarded as cursed and tossed out of society so that they could maintain their purity. The humans who were tossed out on a quest for revenge stumbled upon an enlightenment and received the gift of Dark Ryo. Ryo that made them malicious in character changing their appearance to that of monsters called Xeqs. The most powerful of them, his name Nyin, shook the world with his power, powering his wrath on the kajins. Several stood up to face him, the best of the best but still fell at his feet. He was deemed a god of destruction and was seen as judgement for the kajins until among the kajins a warrior by the name Jin stood up to fight Nyin. Their fight, legendary in all its glory, left scars on the earth that are still visible to date. Their fight lasted 2 moons before Jin finally took Nyin down. Unable to kill him, Jin trapped Nyin's soul in a relic passed down in his family, sealing it using his blood never to be unsealed for infinity. He was a hero and worshiped. His victory ushered in 64 years of peace before the Sengoku period when the original clan split due to civil wars in their endeavor for power. Power they had no comprehension of but knew of its existence. The SKYE. In the end the originators split into nine clans with Jin being the head of the Wu clan and through his mastery he was able to unlock the secret behind Dark Ryo. A secret he taught to his children and his children, his grandchildren till the secret was carved into their bodies. The fight for the skye continues through eras and generations...
