GLPS is a member of the Vaktez Quartet, blood-brother to VLTH and brother-of-bond to MDFR and LNCS, fulfilling the role of their weapons R&D specialist. The weapons GLPS crafts are always a breed of advanced pathogen, though GLPS is also responsible for designing the dispersal and deployment of his creations. He specializes in the total annihilation of planetary populations; any world subjected to his creations can be considered a lost cause and is better off Exterminatus’d immediately, for not only will this keep GLPS’s pathogens from spreading across the cosmos, it will also serve as a great mercy to the afflicted. There is no worthwhile risk of exposure; any exposure is fatal, and mercy via Bolt or Lance is the victim’s only remaining hope.

Despite the severity of the weapons GLPS creates, he himself is not a combatant in the traditional sense, unlike his ilk. While his physical abilities are heightened over his base human self—be they artificially enhanced via his own experiments or transiently granted via his dedication to dark gods—GLPS is, on his feet, even less of a concern than LNCS. It is believed, in fact, that he possesses no combat experience whatsoever, and on his own could be easily dispatched.
However, GLPS is never on his own. In addition to being kept under lock and key by his ilk due to his inherent importance to them, GLPS never leaves his laboratory, embedded deep within a Blackstone Fortress. Just as a Blackstone Fortress is itself a weapon, it appears GLPS is the one that pulls the trigger on it, and its defense systems are also his to command. Yes, in flesh and blood, GLPS may be an easy kill, but achieving a position in which one can execute him is a greater task than the besting of either LNCS or MDFR.
GLPS’s pinnacle research concerns what he dubs the ‘Everchanging,’ a bioweapon of immense Warp-fueled potence. In its test stages, prototypes of this superweapon have sufficed to obliterate worlds of human and Xenos possession alike. It appears the ultimate goal for the Everchanging’s creation is strictly the complete destruction of the Xenos we know as the Tyranids. On the surface, this may seem beneficial to us, as the Tyranids have posed a not-insignificant issue to the Imperium’s rightful galactic conquest. However, it has been hinted that a side-effect of the Everchanging’s deployment is that it ritually sacrifices all those afflicted to a reservoir of power for the Vaktez Quartet to siphon from; undeniably, were the Everchanging to successfully exterminate the Tyranid threat, it would make the Quartet monsters the likes of which this dossier can only guess at.
To this end, GLPS is justifiably declared Extremis Diabolus, to be annihilated on sight, and his creations must uniformly be destroyed. The Everchanging cannot be allowed to exist; its presence among the stars poses too grave a risk to the whole of the Imperium.
