MDFR is, bluntly, a problem.
While his blood-brother, LNCS, is the master duelist of the Vaktez Quartet and has allegedly bested him in single combat countless times across the eons, one might suspect MDFR has let him—he has claimed as much, after all. MDFR fulfills the role of warlord for the Vaktez Quartet, and is no slouch on the battlefield either. Where LNCS is hasty and boastful, MDFR is quiet and tactical, yet that subtle silence betrays an unbridled, world-splitting wrath beneath his crimson skin. And just as LNCS is at most a threat to a single world at a time, MDFR is the one the Vaktez Quartet turns to when they need to busy an entire Sector, or a front even greater still.

If MDFR or his Agents can be positively identified, their termination should be handled with extreme prejudice and at the utmost priority. MDFR is equal parts brawn and brain, with wit to match history’s greatest conquerors and might to meet our most formidable legions. He has unquestionably earned his place as VLTH’s second—her nefarious trust, in that regard, has not been misplaced in him.
In battle, MDFR wields two Warp-tearing chainaxes and nothing else. The monster is not known to don armor, instead being something of a glutton for punishment. MDFR relishes and is empowered by bloodshed, even his own—the more blood of his that wets the ground, the deadlier this beast becomes. The same can be said should he exsanguinate his foes; any true-striking blow MDFR makes builds up strength, speed, and martial acumen for himself, lasting perpetually until the battle in question has ended. The spilling of blood, even his own, seems to be one of his utmost goals, and is likely why he has allowed himself to lose to LNCS as he has claimed. Granted, we get this info from VLTH, who is not an entirely trustworthy source.
MDFR’s wit has seen to attacks against the Imperium, covert and otherwise alike. His Agents range from daemonic warriors to even our former Inquisitor brethren, such as the Phaenonite Gale Ryke. It should be noted that another Phaenonite Inquisitor by the name of Foxon Silverman once claimed MDFR was a daemon prince, but modern intelligence suggests this is not the case. Like his ilk among the Vaktez Quartet, MDFR is a heavily-corrupted mutant human, not a being native to the Warp. As with LNCS, this makes him ever more dangerous, as his nativity to our plane grants him considerable advantages and immunities not conferred to the daemonic, yet he still possesses daemonic techniques and Warp-manipulations all the same.
In our report on LNCS, we recommended an overwhelming response to LNCS’s presence. It is our belief that if MDFR is present in a given theatre, there is no such thing as an overwhelming response; taking the monster down will require immense power, resources, and courage alike. As with LNCS, MDFR possesses intimate material and tactical knowledge about CRNS, for which we declare him Extremis Diabolus and sanctioned for immediate termination on-sight—the same goes for any Agents that MDFR may manipulate.
