One day before Charlie left for Heaven, the seven Deadly Lords of Hell were planning to lure the Princess in their trap before she went to Heaven, they sought Vox's approval. However, instead of Vox, Lucifer was sitting at the desk, his legs propped up on the table and his hands clasped behind his head. His eyes sparkled with amusement as he said, "You're way too slow."
The six demons gazed at Lucifer with a mix of surprise and fear. His expression shifted from amusement to disdain as he declared, "Your heads are too high!" At his words, they bowed low to the ground. Lucifer's smile returned, his eyes glinting with amusement as he glanced upwards, where Vox was struggling to breathe.
Lucifer snapped his fingers, and Vox dropped to the ground, coughing violently. Lucifer's glare intensified as he spoke, "I knew from the start that you were plotting against my daughter. Yet, I chose to spare your lives." Vox's eyes widened as Lucifer's tone turned cold. "But now, you've come to seal your own fate." As demons looked up at Lucifer his expression turned icy. With a mere snap of his fingers, Lucifer gouged out their eyes. The demons' screams filled the air as Lucifer covered his ears, his expression twisted in annoyance. "You're too loud," he said, before casting them a disdainful glance. "You should have known your place."
As the screams echoed through the air, Lucifer turned to leave, his voice carrying over his shoulder: "It seems you'll no longer be a problem."
Before departing for Heaven, Lucifer summoned Charlie to his chambers. Charlie, lost in thought, sat staring at her mother's portrait. She quickly composed herself, smoothing her hair and dress, before heading to her father's room.
When Charlie arrived, the doors swung open before she could knock, revealing Lucifer in conversation with Beelzebub. With a subtle hand signal, Lucifer dismissed Beelzebub, who departed without a word. As the door closed, Lucifer's expression softened, and he said, "Come, sit, my Char Char." Charlie's eyes were red and swollen from crying, but Lucifer's gaze flickered with concern before he masked it.
"Listen, my Princess," Lucifer began, his voice low and measured. "You've known since childhood that you're special. You possess a power that can command obedience and devotion. That's why both Heaven and Hell have lost precious souls." Charlie's expression remained distant, but Lucifer continued, "The Heavenly Angels want to harness your power to enforce their dominance. They claim it's for the true God's glory, but I know their true intentions."
Charlie wiped away tears, her gaze meeting Lucifer's. For a moment, their eyes locked, Lucifer's red eyes gleaming with a mix of fear and sadness. Charlie's voice trembled as she asked, "If I let them use my powers, will Mom love me?" The question struck a chord, and Lucifer's composure faltered. He stood, turning away, his back to Charlie.
As Charlie's sobs intensified, she cried out, "Why did she leave me? You were the one who wronged her, who she hated. Why did she abandon me?" Lucifer's expression turned icy as he faced her. "Because you're my daughter," he said, his voice cold and detached. "Listen, Charlatan Morningstar, if you continue to dwell on your mother's words or cry for her again, I swear on my pride that I'll end her life and shut the gates of Heaven forever. No one will set foot in Heaven again."

Charlie looked at her father, still sobbing. Lucifer felt an urge to hug her, but he restrained himself, patting her head instead and saying with affection, "Char Char, how many times must I tell you that you're a princess? You can't show weakness in front of anyone. They'll take advantage of it. If you continue like this, there's no need for you to go." Charlie wiped away her tears and said, "I'm fine. I was just frustrated after seeing her. She didn't even apologize." Lucifer smiled and replied, "Never hope for anything from others. They'll only hurt you. Take my life as an example. I once hoped God would love me, and look where I ended up. Should I cry like you? No, I had to become stronger."
Lucifer told her to sit down and listen carefully to his advice. Charlie hugged her father, apologizing for being rude. "Dad, I'm sorry. I won't do it again." Lucifer smiled, gently placing her on the chair. "A princess doesn't apologize, Charlie. Instead, she learns from her mistakes and improves. Now, listen carefully: Angels might try to manipulate you by using your mother against you. I'll be not there with you, so you need to be cautious." Charlie nodded, and Lucifer instructed her to rest, as they had an early departure the next day.
As Charlie settled in, Beelzebub entered the room, noticing Lucifer rubbing his forehead in stress. "Is everything alright, Your Majesty?" he asked. Lucifer sat down, his silence punctuated by a deep sigh.
While Alastor slept, he was drenched in sweat. He was dreaming that a person was about to kill the woman who referred to him as her child. Alastor watched from afar as the woman stood vulnerable to the attack. Although the man's face wasn't clearly visible, Alastor could hear him distinctly. The man asked, "Woman, do you know where we go when we die?" The woman seemed to know her attacker, addressing him by name, but Alastor couldn't hear it over the sound of thunder flashing and heavy rain pouring down. The man stabbed her multiple times, saying, "There is no Hell or Heaven. You will go nowhere except to a place where nothing but suffering awaits you." The sound of rumbling thunder and Alastor's own shrieks filled the air as he cried out, "Don't hurt her! Mom! Mother!" He woke up, panting heavily, with tears streaming down his face. He muttered the word "Mother," seemingly unaware of his surroundings. After wiping his tears, he tried to sleep again, but he couldn't sleep. It was as if he had forgotten something crucial.
The news channel of Hell was covering a breaking story that shocked everyone in the underworld. The news anchor wasn't Vox, but his secretary, who reported with a grave tone, "The seven Lords of Hell are missing and nowhere to be found."
Lucifer was listening to the news on his radio, and a mirthless smirk spread across his face as Beelzebub watched him with surprise. A small, cold giggle escaped Lucifer's lips. Beelzebub mustered up some courage and asked, "Your Majesty, why have you done this? There will be only—"
Lucifer cut him off, his voice dripping with menace. "Massacre, Beelzebub. This is Hell. There should be only massacre. I am its sole ruler, and when someone tries to challenge me, they should pay the price." He fixed Beelzebub with a piercing stare, and Beelzebub bowed in agreement, not daring to defy him.
Alastor also caught wind of the news, and a cold smile spread across his lips as he murmured, "Serves him right for daring to anger the King."
The next day, Charlie and Alastor set out for Heaven, standing before the pearly gates. The gatekeeper, stern-faced, asked for their identities. Charlie stepped forward, her confidence unwavering, and declared, "I am Charlie Morningstar, sole heir to the Hellish throne and daughter of the Demon King."
Alastor moved beside her, his smile growing wider and more unsettling by the second. The gatekeeper's eyes darted nervously between the two, and Alastor's smile seemed to draw him in like a moth to flame. "You must be the Princess' guard," the gatekeeper ventured. Alastor's smile never wavered, but a slight twitch in his cheek betrayed a flicker of emotion. "The name is Hazbin Alastor," he corrected, his voice low and smooth.
Mikhail arrived on the scene, his eyes sparkling with amusement as he gazed at Charlie and Alastor. He turned to the gatekeeper, a hint of reprimand in his tone, and said, "Don't you have any manners for our esteemed guests?"
