“Ha….Faust you should know that those were hard times..” The truth was that Faust did it for the sake of petty revenge. But he didn’t know that his action would make Fausto that famous. Faust just did it because people irritated him so much. But who knew that both would be getting famous? In fact, even the targets weren’t specific; actually, they weren’t even paid to try to kill them. The guys targeted were just some people he didn’t like. Faust then recalled some of the reasons people were killed when he first started. It was rather spiteful when he thought about it.
- The guy was cheating and gambling.
- The woman was causing her child to get into accidents.
- That guy was doing a Ponzi scheme.
- The wife was cheating and gambling.
- The guy was a bad driver who killed people.
- The women framed others.
- The guys cut in front of him because they were bigger.
- That woman lied to him about her picture on the website.
- He tried to sell fake products.
- That women, let's just say, shouldn’t be taking money from others.
- He was too spoiled when I stole his expensive car.
Faust knew that most or if not all, were killed for some really selfish reason...but Faust at that time was trying to be a hero of sorts. And since these people were bad, well it made it easier to kill. Eventually, it escalated to more and more bigger targets as he was going for far higher ones, especially the richer and more powerful individuals. He was never paid to kill them but he thought they would be harder to kill since they were Avalonians. And since they saw them as accidents rather than kills so no one noticed initially. By the way, he wanted to kill them instantly, but thought to let these victims reflect on their lives. Also, he thought that for bad people, why not let them suffer a little longer? It was to make them regret their life choices a bit. He didn’t think after all that, most of the patients would change from the death-like event and become very famous afterwards. Of course, there were others who continued to pursue their misgivings who later would have ended their life one way or another either way. Either way, this did give both Fausto his start to his career that both didn’t actually want. To make it worse, Faust was called The Menace of Avalon for constantly causing problems to its new outstanding citizens. Really hating the name, it was stuck with him if he liked it or not. Especially with the fact that he helped make people better for it. So why is he called a Menace when he contributed to Avalon?
For Fausto, he was originally ok with doing nothing as he was just doing what others were doing in modern times at night. He was playing a lot of video games.... Play during most of the time at night and try to rank up to kill time. Those were his joyous days. He would go to a 24-hour internet cafe to play all the time. That was until...Faust decided to kill a higher profile target.
A gamer through and through, but was taking classes as a doctor because Faust was learning about the body to learn how to kill people in many ways. In order to react to his shenanigans, he became a surgeon. He didn’t want to, but when Faust killed the 30th guy, the city was on the hunt for him. Fearing that they might get found out eventually, Fausto, in panic, decided to be the first one to take the cases. Thus became a little competition between the two in that one body.

Both were learning about medicine for all the different reasons. While one was trying to kill, one was trying to save. It was an ongoing fight between the two. Despite being in the same body they can’t read each other's thoughts. Because of that, neither of them didn’t know what to do. And it was actually the first time in a while that they got along. Since then, both had something in common in some way. Eventually, both were called to Camelot. Menace, who was called to assassinate. And Fausto to save lives. Which leads them here today. So, how it started, people would really think they were both a bit crazy. Well doesn’t help they are two peas in a pod. Yet despite sharing the same body, it is clear...they have different taste.
A few hours later
The sun was going down, and Faust noticed that it was Fausto time to take over. He then looked at the tablet as it said its final step he wanted to do today. He then led Karma to the elevator as they head to the roof, as it was rather quiet and had a perfect view of the city.
“Uhm, Fausto??”
“Hmmm…”
“Why are we going to the roof? Is there something going on?” She was thinking as she didn't believe she did anything wrong. Recalling a mistake she had made earlier, she was thinking she was going to get a lecture for it. But Faust remained quiet as he was breathing in and out. Though this wasn’t his first time, he actually couldn’t help but find it hard to get ready for her. When they got out of the elevator, Faust was rushing to open the door as he needed some fresh air. Whoosh, there was a giant breeze of air that came gushing through the moment they opened the door.
“Ahh!” Feeling the wind, it was a good day to come up here. Perfect breeze to relax the mind. Even Karma enjoyed it as the wind was blowing on her face.
“Oh this is so nice.” Closing her eyes, she seemed to feel the same thing as Faust was feeling. The sun was setting as the stars dazzled the sky. With the breeze, it's like all her worries faded. “Is this why you brought me here?”
“Yes….but that’s not the reason as to why I brought you here….” Faust gulped, hoping the sun could go slower. For the first time in his life he never felt nervous. He had went out with a bunch of girls before and never had a problem with confidence. So it was nerve-wrecking that he was sweating to say something to Karma. Taking one more deep breath, he gathered his remaining courage to do what he had planned before it was too late. “I came here to give you something to think about?”
“Hmmm...about what?” Karma said as she turned to him but as she turned, Faust then turned to give a peck on the lips. In shock, Karma widened her eyes as it looked like it was going to pop out of her sockets. But that wasn’t the only thing that was going on. Her face was red as she couldn’t believe what had happened. He actually ki.kii.kiiii..kiissed her!!!
“I do hope that you will know who actually kissed you.” That was the last thing Faust said as his eye color soon changed as the sun had set. Fausto then immediately left as he soon turned away. Karma looked as his expression changed as he went from a guy nervous to a straight face as though he didn’t do anything.
“Let's go eat dinner with Leonora,” Fausto said as he left the roof. Karma was then left standing there as her face and eye were still the same.
“Wha..did h..mean by that?” Karma was confused as she didn’t know what he meant by the kiss or even the words. She just stood there. But there was something for sure she knew...something was sprouting.
In the staircase
“Ahhh!!! Why Faust I have now kissed two girls!! Not one! But two!! Why did you get me involved in this!!!!” Fausto was embarrassed as he was now getting two girls in his life that he didn’t want. Additionally he got more involved with one more girl Faust is trying to get. Leonora on the other hand, keeps trying to tempt him. Really? Does she think perfume would really get him to notice her. Which it did even if he rejects it.
“First of all. You kissed Leonora, and I kissed Karma so that is something different.” Faust argued back.
“But we have the same body!! The same body!! Get it. So we kissed both!!” Fausto argued as he was going frantic about what had happened. He wanted to be away from people. But Faust just keeps getting them more and more attention. “Can you please stop with your emotional attachment to her. What is so good about her?” Fausto complained.
“Haa..its clueless people like you the reason why they can't get a woman,” Faust said. “Just don’t do anything, okay? She is mine.”
“...fine...but I’m going to say this now. I haven't played a game, so I will do that afterwards.”
“Nerd.” Faust insulted. Something that Fausto seemed to take pride in.
