TJoCZ Day 68

  Day 68

  Tuesday August 7th, 2018: 11:30 PM

I woke up extra early, from my d?????????r???????????????????e????????????a???????????????????????m????????????????, where I was learning to meld my style and my stances, to be able to take on both at the same time. If this works, I will be able to learn how to maximize my Steel Serpent school of maneuvers as well. I got right to work upon getting up. I could feel that something about the conflict the day before had opened up more of the world to me. I had more skill in most of the things that I had been pursuing before, and my advancements had unlocked an entirely new field for repairing and crafting. This time, it was the field of electronics. I meditated quickly, and learned that I had a few new spells that I could summon up. I didn’t have time to really explore that, so I set it to the side to figure out more later.

I didn’t spend time heading downstairs just to wake up Cal. I headed straight down to the basement, where the Mini-Avengers were waiting. We started working together, and after an hour, the room had taken on all of the requirements that I had for it. I tested it by summoning up a pair of “Laika Azata” who appeared promptly and asked what needed to be done. I told them that they would be summoned to this room, or others of their kind, and that they would be asked to help prepare students and the defenders of this realm, from a future incursion from the Nine Hells, the Abyss, and other realms.

They listened as I told them that this room can summon up ephemeral representations of some monsters, and that I would be increasing that as time went on, but that only those who serve Desna and the Black Butterfly personally can actually be summoned for conversation. They asked why I didn’t choose to summon them for other tasks, and I told them that this here, teaching others to be better able to fight, would be the biggest possible change that I could do to help the most, rather than just being a singular combatant, not that I wouldn’t be doing that as well. They asked if there were any constraints that they should know about, for this room. I told them that no matter what, they can’t leave this room while they are summoned into it, even through teleportation. I offered up that some of the people that come in, might seek sparring, but that is a different matter for a different time.

The Laika Azata all nodded and said that they could understand this, and noted that they would pass this information along to others of their clade. I thanked them and wished them well in their star hunts. The least of the pair nodded and offered me luck for my own hunts in the dark. They returned back to the realms of the Black Butterfly, and I gathered up the Mini-Avengers, and rushed to go get the box of phones that were waiting for our work. When I had them all, I rushed up to the third of four labs on the eighth floor, and pulled everything out of the boxes.

We removed all of the batteries, and I summoned up an Unseen Crafter to take EXACTING specifications for the output power of the batteries, so that we can match it with the new knowledge that I have, with some wafers from the Galvanic Sparks and enclosures of Gelid Hearts, and start working on the process. The Mini-Avengers and I started working heavily on the phones themselves, instituting a two part enchantment, one where you can send twenty-five words every six seconds, and one where you can send pictures that are either taken by the phone, or in the memory of the phone. After one hour, I left the eight of them to work on this enchantment while I went back to work on the batteries. The Unseen Crafter, having diligently studied EVERY output from both the batteries and the phones, gave me everything that they could for the information that I would need. Everything to convert Galvanic Sparks and Gelid Hearts, to new power units that would fit in the spacing for the phones batteries, but provide constant power, improved performance, and a little extra boost.

It was going to take a while, but at least, for now, the original batteries were sufficient. I removed each of the antennas after the enchanting was done, but at roughly eleven, it was done, and all of the individual magical creative capabilities for the day had been expended. I set the Dedicated Wrights to help the Unseen Crafter in getting the batteries made. I walked out of my third personal lab with the completed cell phones, and started down towards the common areas of the Chrysalis. Once I got to the classroom level, I checked in on Donald’s classroom and saw him writing some things up on the smart screen.

I knocked and entered and he greeted me, saying that it was good to see that I was up and about. He added that when I had not made it to breakfast, the others had worried. I asked, speaking of which, if he knew where the others were. He told me that Cal and Sera were currently working in one of the upstairs labs, working through the crates of rifles that had been dropped off yesterday. I thanked him, and before leaving, handed him one of the new cell phones.

He asked me how it works, and I told him how he just needs to think to activate it, and that he can send images taken with the phone using the same process, just think of who the person is, and what you need to send, and then it will send to the phone of that person. I told him to just concentrate with the phone right now, to put a mental claim over the phone to activate it to him. I showed him how to do it while I figured out who to go to next, then told him that he was the first. I figured that Cal would be the best, so that he doesn’t feel ignored. I told Donald that he was the first one, but that I would be getting them to everyone within a few minutes.

Donald picked up on the subtext, as he thanked me and went back to work, polishing off his syllabus for his course. I walked BACK up to check for the two. They ended up being two floors up, in a lab that I had intended for firearms research and fabrication. Cal was standing there talking about the things that he had learned from me while the two of them looked to be working on the rifles. By working on, I mean that Cal was showing her how to use Prestidigitation to clean every square millimeter of the rifle, before and after placing them in the Quality Improvement Chamber.

There was already a selection of three finished rifles, and a table that had twelve on it, in states of being cleaned. I cleared my throat to announce that I was in the room, and they stopped their conversation. Cal tried to apologize, saying that he knew that it needed to be done, and was just taking the time to show Sera. I told him that I had no issues with it, and added that in fact, I approved of him showing her the process and theory behind activating magical items. I just had to take extra time to try to find him, so that I could give him this.

I pulled out the next enchanted cell phone, and handed it to him, and then a second one to Sera. I showed them all how it worked, and explained the process to them. I added that I had a team working on making magi-tech batteries for them, and Sera asked me what the difference was. I briefly taught them the difference between enchanting and spelling items, and how they each react to dispelling attempts. It was a good fifteen minutes of lecture, before I asked Cal if Sera had this process in hand.

Cal looked to Sera, who gave him a nod, and said that she did. I apologized to her and said that I had an important task for him. Cal nodded and followed me down. I took him to the Combat Simulation Room, and showed him how to summon up the different entities, and asked him what he felt the most comfortable talking with. He eventually chose the Bralani Azata, those lighting wielding Elven archers.

I told him that he should spend some time talking to them, to see what he can learn about the world beyond here. I added that he had a half an hour to soak up as much as he could, because I would be having him go on patrol, alone, wearing his Cinnebar armor, but having it disguised as my own. We were going to be doing that for a few days, and that if he gets in any trouble, he should hunker down and contact me immediately. Cal stood up straight and said that he would do so. I left the two of them in the Combat Simulation Room, and then went up to the office area.

I went through the secret door, and knocked on Agent Smith’s office. Agent Smith responded, telling me to come in by name. I noticed a tiny hidden camera with a smile, and walked in. I told him that I had four cell phones for him and his team, that I had already given three to Donald, Cal, and Sera, and that we had one that I would have for Wong, if he shows up today, or I can have him have a set from the next batch that I make. Agent Smith asked why I didn’t have one, and I told him that it was because I was linking all of them through my enchanted invisible Darkwood Ear cuffs, so that they shouldn’t be an issue. I added that I would be making something similar for Rex, so that we can communicate without any difficulties, but that the phone is linked only once, so I didn’t want to waste a fresh phone on me.

Agent Smith gathered all of his Agents into the break room and we went through the process together. They sent each other messages, and each tried to send one to Donald, whom I recommended. Then, after it was all said and done, I recommended that they lock up the office, because it was time for lunch, and then I had something to show them. We went to the mess hall for lunch, and the other three were already there, Rex as well. I joked to Rex and said that I would be working on something for him VERY soon, to try to improve upon his communication capabilities. When it is all said and done, I hope to have a lot of heroes in this city and others, to spread the work of stabilizing this city, state, country, and the world.

We all ate our meal, and used a Tears to Wine spell, to summon up some fine mead, with a request that everyone at least take a sip. Agent Smith asked me what was next. I told him that I was going to be showing the rest of the people what I had finished along with the phones this morning, and how it can help us. Cal beamed a little, possibly thinking about how he had been the first to be able to see the room. As we finished, while the mental boost of the Tears to Wine was still going strong, I led them all to the Combat Simulation Room, with Cal splitting off to perform his first patrol.

The eight of us being in the room, I cautioned them that they were about to experience something different than they had before. I summoned up a trio of the Laika Azata, and introduced them to each other, and let them talk back and forth for a minute and a half before the Azata disappeared. I told them that this is only one plane, and that there are other planes beyond this one. I added that this room is not just a means for them to try to learn from those of the higher realms, but, a means for them to test against ephemeral representations of those of the nether realms, and to develop strategies and counter attacks.

I activated the room again, and summoned up a dretch. I told them how these things are called dretches, and what their capabilities and potential are like. I added that these are far from the weakest, but that I was hoping that the Agents could try their luck killing this one, which would not attack back, but would defend itself. Their bullets had little effect. I informed them that this entity was weak to Silver and good enchanted items, and was resistant to certain energies. I told them that this isn’t a heavy hitter, and that I wasn’t trying to embarrass them, just give them true knowledge about what is needed in the upcoming conflict, and why I wasn’t certain that six years was enough.

I fired off a round that I had been focusing on for the duration of their attempt, and fired a single round, with my Beretta. The Dretch disappeared with a foul stinking pop. I told them that the enemies summoned here can be set to defend only, or attack, and a final mode of all out attack, where they will use the best tactics that they have available. I added that I was going to figure out another method of enhancing weapons, so that they can get by the defenses, but that it didn’t look promising without enchanting. I added that I wasn’t being facetious about this, only being the baseline grunt, and that the ones that are coming in the future would consider these failures, as is known by their name, dretch.

I told them all that this room would be available to all of the students here, and a few select others, but that I must recommend that anyone who comes in here, brings a partner. Agent Cross spoke up and asked if I had just given them a method of bringing up a combat simulation in a room. I added that I would work on creating a randomizer for the terrain in addition to what we have already. I spent a fair amount of time going through different ephemeral entities with them, and how everyone should be looking at other options for encounters.

We split up the time with combat encounters, where their (formerly) S.H.I.E.L.D. issued firearms were almost worthless. Donald even got the chance to practice letting off some “steam” by allowing himself to target some with his cold bursts. Sera seemed a bit put off by not being able to do anything, and I told her that I would prefer that she spend time learning from the Bralani Azata that Cal met earlier, that she can ask them to teach her how to harness her ability, because I was absolutely rubbish with electricity, but they might be able to help. Sera nodded and said that she would do that when the current group of people were done “learning”. I told her that she could do it now, if she wants, and I can politely request that you get some time to learn, or, if she felt a need to come here on her own, I would caution her to always have SOMEONE know where she is, even it if is just Cal or Donald. Sera nodded and said that she was going to go work on the rifle improvements.

I thanked her for her diligence, and told the others that I would be spending some time working on getting my supplies of Constant Energy Stones, and do some divinations into the possibilities of Wendell Levi causing more problems. When I cast Ears of the City, I got some conversations where “glitches” happened. Someone was talking, and then static overlaid what they were saying, preventing me from hearing it. Almost all of the “glitches” were from Grape Street Crips were specifically talking about their new leader. I tried again for the Ears of the City, and found that the problem repeated.

Then, thinking back on other issues, I cast Page Bound Epiphany with a subject of the Grape Street Crips. There were a bunch of different pages that showed up, some of which were fine, some of which were garbled gibberish that I could make out was corrupted code in the new language I learned when I increased in skill and ability while sleeping last night. Corrupted Computer code that was trying to rearrange itself on the sheet, but since this wasn’t a native medium, it couldn’t change anything. The font looked… angry. I still got some news that the Crips were looking to avenge their captured comrades, that they had called in a “hit” on me with an Angel, and if that didn’t work, one of their own lieutenants would be looking to strike when it was feasible.

The tale has been illicitly lifted; should you spot it on Amazon, report the violation.

Then I got a Sending from Cal. He sent that there was a biker, from the Hell’s Angels, that had tracked him down and was attacking him. That solved the information from the Page Bound Epiphany. I sent back, asking him if he needed help. Cal replied that he had it for now, but that it would be good to get the Agents over here for the follow-up.

I rushed downstairs to the basement and found that the Agents were still in the Combat Simulation Room, exploring the options. Agent Cross spoke up that anything that was even just Fiendish was almost impossible for a regular person to shoot down, let alone any of these devils or demons. I nodded, saying that it wasn’t uncommon back where I was from, for a warrior to have two or even more back up weapons of different materials, just to ensure that they could get through the natural resistances of the things they might encounter. I added that it was somewhat easier for ranged weapon users, as ammunition is a lot lighter than a whole new weapon. Agent Cross nodded and I went over to Agent Smith, who had just finally gotten done dealing with a Lemure.

I told Agent Smith that Cal was dealing with a hired Hell’s Angel thug that he was confident that he could deal with, but could use help on the agency based follow-thru. Agent Smith nodded, and then I brought up the other bit. I told him that we were running out of the stones that Director Mackenzie was running out, both in the gemstones, and the stones for the Constant Energy. Agent Smith was breathing heavily for a minute, and said that he hoped that there would be a delivery today, as one of the things that Director Mackenzie had greenlit before they went dark, just upon hearing the potential of the properties of the suits before we even left the building, was sending another batch of materials.

I thanked him, and offered up that I can head out if he thinks it would be better. I added that Cal was in armor disguised as my own. Agent Smith shook his head. He told me that since he was in the new armor, and that wasn’t the old modified wooden armor that I had started with, then they would think that I was the one out there, and not Cal, so that unless I could make my armor look like the old one, we would have to take shifts heading out. I nodded and asked if he could get someone there onsite to take the criminal, since he doesn’t have the same capability of using Stone Shape, so he can’t use my “thematic” calling card.

Agent Smith nodded to Agent Vance, and she took off quickly, and ran out of the Combat Simulation Room. I thanked the others, and noted that I would be available at a moment's notice, if I was needed. Agent Smith said that he believed me, the three of us, Agents Cross and Smith, and myself, all headed up to the Mess Hall. Agent Peterson and Donald Gill were already out of the Combat Simulation Room, when I had gotten there. We left the room back to the main area of the basement, and Agent Smith asked me what I intended to do with the three other large chambers down here.

I thought about it, and said that I had intended to do the same with the three other large chambers. I told them that I had originally intended to have four different combat arenas, but that seems kind of reductive now, so maybe one will be a large martial arts dojo, another can be an auditorium, and the final can be a wellness and conditioning center. Agent Cross recommended a pool and a sauna. I told him that I would take all recommendations for it, but that it might take a bit, at least until we get the gems from S.H.I.E.L.D. Agent Smith perked up and asked what more I could do with what I had. I told him that I could maybe get another three phones, or maybe seven of the goggles or gloves, if I stretched it.

Agent Smith looked at Agent Cross, and asked him if he could head away back to his hotel and check the back end to see if anything is scheduled to be arriving soon. Agent Cross nodded and said that he would. Agent Smith talked to me and asked what our other options are. I thought about it, and said that I have one phone left that we can give to someone outside of here. Maybe if we contact Agent Romanoff, she can get Wong to get it to take it to Pepper Potts.

I specified that this would give us the possibility of linking up with Stark Industries. Agent Smith ran his hand through his hair, muttering that it would tie us pretty heavily to Tony Stark. I told him that we were already pretty heavily linked up with Stark Industries, and it was going to have to be a lot more, if the future I saw comes to pass. Agent Smith pulled out his phone, and mouthed some gibberish words, while he waited for a response. It was about a minute of back and forth, before I told him to let Agent Romanoff know that the Room I promised is set up, and we have a dessert that she just has to try.

Agent Smith shook his head but continued for another thirty seconds before putting the phone back in his pocket. He sighed, and asked me why I had asked him to do it. I told him that my system isn’t as enhanced as the phones are, and I can only initiate Sendings once a day, currently. I added that I had intended on improving that soon, but the lack of minerals would put that at a pause. I offered up that I could update my gear, at less than the cost of a new phone, but that we were going to be needing more phones for more people than just my own equipment.

Agent Smith nodded and asked if there were any temporary measures we could take. I told him that salt would still work, but that it would be a large amount of material. Agent Smith nodded and said it would be good to have it in the back pocket. I nodded and said that it had served me well early on. Agent Smith perked up and pulled the phone out of his pocket and back up to his ear.

He mouthed more gibberish, and when that “call” was over, he put his phone away. I asked him why he was doing that. He told me that there is always the chance that he could accidentally verbalize what he is thinking, and that by having a phone to his ear, it “looks” like he is just taking a call. I told him that this was a smart idea. He thanked me and then brought up that Agent Romanoff contacted him back that Pepper Potts would be arriving in Norfolk tomorrow, along with Wong and Agent Romanoff herself.

I thanked him, and said that it might just be better for me to get the rest of the phones done, at least as much as I can, so that tomorrow we can hand out as many as possible. Agent Smith shrugged, and said that it would be useful to get as many made as possible. He asked me how many pounds of salt each one would take. I did some rough math and told him that it would likely take four hundred pounds of salt each. Agent Smith’s eyes bulged at that, but then did some math in his head, and asked if seven, forty pound bags would do it. I told him that it would, and he said that this would mean less than fifty bucks.

Agent Smith whistled again, and said that it certainly was a steal, but that it certainly wouldn’t be all that viable long term. I nodded, saying that this is what I had been dealing with when I made the goggles, visors, and gloves. Agent Smith asked me what we could do about a data network. I told him that I would have to do things whole cloth to enchant the laptops and the phones so that we could have access to information. Agent Smith asked if it would be related to my Page Bound Epiphany, and I told him that it was likely, unless I can figure out something better.

I told him that I would do some research to see if there is anything better, when I saw him pull the phone out again, and put it up to his head. I laughed and went to go get a drink from the Nutrient Cube, getting a Dr. Perky. I drank it while he was talking back and forth in his head. After a minute and change, he put the phone away and asked me if there was any way to make this not need to be pulled up to his ear every time. I asked him about just getting one of those bluetooth things he talked about for Rex.

Agent Smith asked about who to link it to the phone magically, and I told him to not even bother, that it didn’t matter where the phone was on the body, only that it was. In fact, I added, it was best if the thing wasn’t even linked. Then it wouldn’t be another network that could be hacked. I added that I might be able to enchant them for other options, and he could just look like he was using it.

Agent Smith’s eyes lit up, and said that they could look like they are using the bluetooth sets, and not even look out of place. I nodded, but noted that we would need the bluetooth sets of decent quality for that. Agent Smith laughed and said that once we get the M.E.S.S.Y. fabric rolling, that we can get enough high quality everything to refit all of S.H.I.E.L.D., let alone S.P.E.A.R.. I nodded and said that for that, we needed more of the stones and more of the potatoes. Agent Smith said that he’d head out personally and get the potatoes, since S.P.E.A.R. was currently in the build up phase. He added that he can fit a lot more than just three hundred pounds of potatoes in the SUV that he has.

I cautioned him to keep an eye out, as if it had connectivity, it could be hacked by Wendell, and if he could send those thugs to where we were, then they could probably be sent to follow him. He nodded and said that he would approach this with the other Agents. I went back up to my workshops and checked in on everything. The batteries were coming along, and the rooting compound was still working away. It had stabilized after Rex had worked away on it, but I could tell that it wasn’t complete.

I figured that I would have to work on getting whatever supplies were needed from elsewhere, but I wasn’t certain about what would be the best items for it. I left it for now and checked up on the M.E.S.S.Y. Aerogel room, and started the process of making the Mead Alcohol ready. I tapped off the water needed, and then cast the first Tears to Wine spell. I put it through the process before repeating it again, and again, three more times, giving me the forty gallons of ninety-five percent ethanol by volume mead, and the massive volume of Mead Ice.

I then evaporated the water off of it, to the mead powder for either nutrient bars or nutrient powder. That was when I got a Sending from Cal directly. He told me that this was a successful patrol, and that he could feel like something had clicked for him after the fight. I smiled and Sent back to him that he might have just unlocked more of his potential. While I was waiting, I finished off using more spells to get as many of the remaining Constant Energy Stones as possible, so that I could work on the other rooms in the basement.

I burned through all of my remaining expendable arcana, and had two full sets, two each of the Phoenix Cores, Gelid Hearts, Blight Stones, Sonus Chords, and Galvanic Sparks. These were going to be needed for the future rooms in the basement. Especially the Wellness and Conditioning room. This was going to be the best method I could find to make everything perfect. It would require a bit of excavation, after the enchantment of the room, but I think that it will be worth it.

I went back to the current electronics lab, and reassigned the Mini-Avengers from working on the batteries with the Unseen Crafter, to start the enchantment and binding properties of the cell phones, so that these three can be finished first thing in the morning, even if we can’t do much more than that with what we have for materials. I sat aside and started meditating on my own for my own future class with the new students. I forgot that even with all of this, I would need to make up my own syllabus for the Magic and Magi-tech course. I spent the time between then and when I would be getting my final meal of the day doing so.

When I made my way down to the mess hall, there was no one there. It was just as well, because I was planning on retiring early myself. I ate a simple meal, and took a bit of time to check for the other occupants. No one was on the first floor, and even the office front was closed. After everything was locked up, I felt like taking a patrol around in gear, just to keep up appearances. There was not as much going on, so I packed up some of the paper wrapped bars, and some of the Mead Ice in my extra-dimensional pockets, just in case I came across a group of people who could use it.

I pulled out of the garage and lowered the gate behind me, riding my E-bike, which still had the Phantom Chopper aspect activated from when Cal left with it. I rode through the streets and encountered a lot of people cheering. I stopped at a place where there was a mixed group of young children and parents, and asked them all how their night was. There were a few that mentioned that they were doing fine thanks to my work, while one child said something about being hungry. Their mother started to chide them, before I stopped them and pulled out a bunch of the bars.

There was some justified suspicion, but one of the teenagers, one who was wearing a black short sleeved shirt with the word “Verdigris” written on it in some kind of dripping green font, grabbed one of the paper wrapped bars and read the contents. Apparently the Agents had done something with the paper where they printed out a chart with components on it, along with the name “Honey-Spuds” and “from P.B.C. Nutrition, a subsidy of P.B.C. Healthcare” on the opposite side. The one who grabbed it opened it up and took a bite, before exclaiming, “Mom, you’re not going to believe this, but it tastes like a savory sweet funnel cake, but it feels filling, and not in a bad way.” The mother took one of the offered bars, and tried it. Her eyes lit up, and she asked where I had gotten these. I told her that P.B.C. Healthcare, the group that had formed to make more first responder gear, had opened up a subsidiary to make these bars to help the people get through these first months until we can get everything sorted out.

I added that I had a treat that she could decide if the kids got, or she could have it for herself. I produced a gallon container of the “Summer Sunrise” flavored ice. I also produced a spoon for her, with which she cautiously took a bite. She looked at me and said that it tastes like, “before”. I handed her another gallon of the Summer Sunrise, and another two bars for each of her and her kids, and told her that The Avengers, S.H.I.E.L.D., S.P.E.A.R., and P.B.C. Healthcare, have not forgotten about the promise to help others, especially in these terrible times, and that everyone is just doing everything that they can.

I added that while I might be new to the scene, that I was trying to prove myself to Captain America and the rest, every day, to show them and the world that his faith in me wasn’t misplaced. Just then, a bullet rang out. I knew in my mind that the path was aiming to hit the mother, and I maneuvered to be between her and the bullet. It hit my armor, in the chestplate, and I looked in the darkness of the nearby alley, where I saw some woman in the purple and gold colors of the Grape Street Crips had just lowered their pistol, seeing that they missed. I pulled my pistol but the woman just hid back in the shadows, yelling that, “The GSC were the people’s safety, not me.”

I didn’t want to panic the children any more than they already were, so I gave each an additional bar, and recommended to the mother that they all go home. The family quickly left and I made my way over to the alley that held the attempted sniper. There was only a bullet casing, but nothing else. I could see a trail of the inky black steps, like the other GSC thugs had from yesterday, but they stopped where some tire tracks were. This was a cold lead, and I wouldn’t be able to get much from it, but I kept the bullet, in case Natasha was willing to use her news gloves to find out more about the shooter.

I finished handing out the rest of the bars and tubs of Italian Ice that I had, to anyone who looked like they needed it, and drove around, noticing that the former painted “murals” that held the “GSC” logos, now had more deep black aspects to it, with the purple looking more “corrupt”. That is something to note for tomorrow. I think that I need to have Wong take a walk about to get his opinion. I rode around the area a bit more, but there were not any crimes or criminal activity going on, so I went back to the tower. I parked back in the E-Bike garage, and locked everything back up.

I made my way back up to the Campaigner’s Tent, on the 9th floor, and got ready for my nightly contact with Amber. When she contacted me, it was some good news. “Cavalry says I am getting more skilled and I have more abilities and spells than when I started. This is so Amazing! I love you!”. I sent back, “I am so proud of you, and can’t wait for you to see everything when you get back! Things are moving fast. I Love you!” I reclined into bed, with Rex on one side, Bright-Eyes on the other, and the horde of kittens on my chest.

  Combat Simulation Room:

This room allows one to summon ephemeral representations of monsters, from Summon Minor Monster to Summon Monster V. You can summon up to 1d4 of each level, except level IV and V, which are 1d3 and 1 respectively. Nothing that you summon can exit the room, via their own powers or any other power. A summoned creature will last up to a minute and a half before it is sent back. There is a caveat to the ephemeral representations, in that you CAN summon actual Lyrakien at Summon Monster II, Pseudodragons at Summon Monster II, Star Monarchs (Celestial Golden Eagles) at Summon Monster III, Star Light Azata (Lantern Archons) Summon Monster III, Laika Azata (Hound Archons) Summon Monster IV, and Bralani Azata For Summon Monster V.

  Items:

  S.P.E.A.R. Cat S61

These Cell phones have had their antenna removed, and were enchanted without the batteries installed, making that not necessary for functionality of the enchantment. The Enchantments are those of Sending and Prestidigitation (for creating the tiny image that is sent between screens). Otherwise, they are as functional as the regular unlocked phones, that can’t be connected to a network, Bluetooth, or Wi-fi.

  Character Update:

  Curtis Zine:

  9th level Human Investigator (Polymath/Questioner),
