Through out his life he encountered a lot of things and tried to understand them. One of them was magic swords and holy swords, from a material perspective they're no different from regular ones. It is the additional attributes that makes the difference and his conclusion in the end was there's no difference between natural attributes and added attributes except for when you consider has it always been the attribute of said sword, after that it doesn't matter what you do with it, be it turning it into a pot, the additional attribute will remain a part of it, till removed. Though holy swords were few in number with only Spiriton being common while others existing in myth with no one knowing who made them or how to remove the holy attribute.
"With these sword tips I'll be able to make a holy dagger with the abilities of both holy swords".
Why didn't he also combine the holy swords into one, it was his way of showing them respect. They weren't just metal after all and even the cutting, he did with their consent. Another reason was he only wanted to leave the dagger as insurance incase something happens to his world while he's on his journey. With the abilities of Spiriton it would remain undetected and able to cut space and arrive where he would be should any danger arise.
He poured the molten metal into a shaper, after letting it cool he began the hammering when he was done he sharpened and added the dagger's hilt.
"I may be wrong but won't you need your companions"
"My friends are not an option, they fought their fight, what comes next will be for me and maybe others I'll pick up along the way".
After completion the dagger floated above the smithing table before entering its subspace, disappearing from view. And the two holy swords were whole once more, Spiriton entered its subspace, Epsilon was sheathed on his back. There was nothing left to do here, all preparations were done. He would leave without much worry, he thanked the smithy owner then went to a secluded area and there he activated the device handed to him by the manager and was transported to another world.
"How is what we are doing different from moving from the manager's world to my world?".
He asked seeing how unlike before he saw the area around him disappeare and replaced by light.
"To put it simply there is a collection of end dimensions separated by the void, and each end dimension has countless worlds inside. Your world and this world are in the same end dimension unlike the manager's world which was in another end dimension requiring moving through the void to get back".
Obviously this was a mellowed version of what they were but there was no need to be fixated on what wasn't relevant. The light around him cleared and he found himself on a stairway. Unbeknownst to him this new world was the domain of a low class fragment dragon. If Hiro wanted to improve his strength and swordsmanship there was no better opponent he could ask for.
One look and it was apparent this world was in ruin, dark and gloomy from the lack of sunlight a place harsh to life. Hiro began to assess. Looking down he realised he was considerable kilometers above the ground, following the stairs with his gaze he could see they descended down onto a temple like structure on the ground, there was nothing besides it for a good distance except the sandy desert. And above clouds covered the sky from horizon to horizon with how it was complete darkness he could guess it was day. He was somewhere in between the ground and the clouds on the stairway, with harsh winds assaulting him, he felt cold.
He was amazed even after all the many things he'd seen this was still a first, a flight of stairs that spiraled their way into and passed the clouds. The terrifying thing about them was they weren't any wider than normal stairs with no railings, one mistake and a person could easily find themselves accelerating to the ground, falling to a splattery death.
(Descending or ascending, it can only be one). "The teleporter he gave me has its destination fixed and I missed my chance to ask where I'd end up".
He trusted the manager wouldn't send him where he would be helpless and if he was out matched he could escape. He followed his intuition and climbed. One step, two steps he continued to climb reaching thousands till finally he reached the clouds.
"Will you be able to reach the top?"
Asked B1 as Hiro entered the dense clouds.
"This bit of much is not enough to block my sight"
He answered not slowing down, climbing at the same pace as before. Time passed and Hiro reached a height above the clouds and could finally see the sun. The sun wasn't the only thing that greeted him at the now near end of the stairs was a portal, that led to the dragon that terrorised this world.
"Not a sky palace but a portal. Sigh, I wonder who ever built this didn't want anyone going inside"
He said walking into it and emerged on the other side, greeted by a scenery of barren red land. There was nothing in sight as far as the eye could see, no plants or animals, just rocks, hills and craters, this land was not habitable. Even though it was day the sky was dark and stars could be seen.
He was on the moon, he could even see the planet he just left evident from its color due to its clouds.
(Now I understand why it was placed at such conditions but why even make it. Hopefully what I'm sensing can give me answers, though it's unlikely)
He wondered while going towards the west were he felt the presence of another, he did not go far. The lord of this land was already aware of his intrusion, its size was no joke easily equaling a mountain, Hiro could see it coming from the horizon appearing larger and larger as it got close.
"Turns out it was a dragon, I've faced one before. Though this is larger but I have a feeling I'll manage".
"I wouldn't let my guard down if I were you, that's a fragment, it's on a different level compared to what you've faced"
Hiro looked at what he was wearing underneath his cloak, it was made from the scales of a dragon he once slayed. Not long after the dragon arrived landing right before him, even with its towering height he did not lose focus. This mountain of a creature with its color being the same as the ground it was on looked more like an actual mountain sculptured in the form of a dragon than a living creature.

"Human you bring not an offering, I'll only ask once. What is it that you can offer so I may consider sparing your life".
It said with a voice carrying a certain heaviness with to it.
"I may be wrong but are you the reason that world is dying? I can feel its likeness from you".
The dragon laughed finding the question to be amusing.
"You're not from around here are you. If you don't interfere with my business there won't be any blood shed, leave and I will not stop you".
It considered its new attitude as a show of great respect. It didn't mind not testing his strength to see if he was worth considering, being wary of otherworlders and would not underestimate them.
"I'll take that as a yes. Bloodshed cannot be avoided".
It moved its hand trying to stomp him. It was fast but Hiro was faster moving to the side, evading. Following his evasion he attacked slashing the arm.
"Hmm, no blood"
He said his gaze moving from Epsilon to its hand, it was not bleeding and Epsilon had no trace of blood. He looking closely he could see its body was made of the earth, beings of inorganic substance they were rare but not unheard of.
"You are indeed not weak, we can still come to a compromise".
"If you stop ruining that world then I agree".
It snickered saying.
"Its demise is for fate to decide but not yours... I will see to it myself, now die!"
Hiro retreated when he saw its mouth open, a breath attack, he suspected. And in the next moment a hot substance came out, lava and not the fire he was expecting.
"With that color I was sure you were a fire dragon, but this isn't so different".
He said dashing and zigzagged his way around evading not only the lava directly from it but the splashes it made. As he got farther from it being out of range to slash it with the sword he wasn't concerned. After reaching the level of sword master any swordsman could unleash slashes that travelled beyond sword length. By their nature they could not be seen.
Slash, slash.
Part of its body were slashed off and fell onto the ground. It was annoyed this did not cause any true harm but the pain was present.
(Fine if I don't see these attacks I'll just make a massive wall covering the entire direction of the slashes.)
From then on when he unleashed his ranged slashes the earth and lava would rise and form a protective wall around the dragon at its will. It still could not see them but by observing the direction he slashed at and forming this earth and lava wall in that direction it could block with the right timing.
While Hiro started to sweat, this back and forth between them coupled with the rising temperature was troublesome, he wasn't pushed to a corner but he could see his stamina being wasted.
"Why not use your other sword it can cut through space, can't it".
Said B1, who stuck near Hiro like a haunting spirit. As for Hiro it's not that he was foolish not to use it, he was just not used to it, he hadn't even had it for more than one day, he knew from stories that it could cut space to go to wherever and capable of folding the space it has cut to create a disconnected sealed space. Attacking by cutting space he had d never heard of that.
(I have nothing to lose even when it fails, it's definitely worth a try. Spiriton).
He willed summoning the sword into his hand. The moment it left its subspace he slashed across space, the effect travelled from him to the dragon. It saw this, raising another earth lava wall but the space slash travelled unhindered by the earth lava wall cutting through like cutting air. By the time it realised it couldn't block the slash it was too late. It was cut in half and fell apart.
"Huh, that's it I was expecting more of a struggle. If I knew it would be this easy with Spiriton I would've used it from the start. I thought it would be challenging but it's actually weaker than the demon lord".
"Don't let your guard down, like I said it's a fragment. Though low class there's no way it would be this weak".
Hiro was positive he did not feel any other presence of life and that it was really dead. And just when he was about to assure B1 he felt multiple presences far from him, followed by the shaking of the ground like a great earthquake was on the way. Looking in the far distance he understood, how could the ground remain silent when mountain sized dragons numbering at least one hundred where coming out of the ground at the same time.
"So there were more of them".
"No, it's the same fragment just multiple bodies. And it seems it has evolved from a fragment into a origin".
Corrected B1 who had more understanding of this foe. During their initial fight it was not at full power, putting some of its effort into completing its existence. Though it had not gotten stronger when it transitioned from fragment to origin it now had the potential to exceed its former self by leaps and bounds, different from its fragment self which could not grow in power.
Of all the dragons only twenty were flying towards him. Hiro took a rock crushed it in his hand and threw its pebbles after granting them the attribute of a sword. The dragons that were struck by the pebbles were left with long slash marks where they were struck.
(They are out of range for my ranged slashes with the sword but with this it's not a problem)
He thought continuing to throw, cutting down their numbers before they arrive. Those that got their wings slashed fell from the sky unable to fly. With over a hundred individual bodies controlling them with one mind required great mental fortitude and willpower, Hiro doubted it had such a will and mind.
(Likely why only a few bodies are active)
He guessed seeing as even the active dragons were barely under control making easy targets for him. Even as they got destroyed they didn't stop their advance, resorting to using the fallen as shields while getting closer. When they were close enough they began to throw their shield comrades at him, each time he would cut them with his ranged slashes into much smaller pieces before they could even touch the ground. And what was the result, with slashes too numerous to count unleashed within a blink they turned to powder, making a red cloud of dust, which he used as a cover but the dragons seemed to know his exact location.
(Their aim so accurate do they have such keen sense?)
With how their throws were spot on even as he was hidden within the thick dust and constantly shifting positions, he was beginning to think they had senses comparable to his own but the truth was different. It was indeed thanks to their senses but not from them but from the ground itself if it was any where else they would fail to locate him in the dust cloud. In the end only six arrived intact.
Boom.
They landed clearing the dust with this bit of shockwave. He was now in the open and encircled by them. The first thought he had was to get out of the encirclement, seeing his intentions they rained down lava. It was currently disoriented, each body was slow to react giving him leverage over the situation, even as they tried to catch him with the encirclement they could not keep up, even interfering with one another. But as disorganised as they were Hiro failed to get out and from its struggle it realised that it was spending more effort than necessary because of multiple bodies. For better control it made four bodies fall back and only two remained.
Hiro was now left with a little over half of his initial stamina, fighting in this magma pool took a toll on him while they were not affected at all. He jumped forward avoiding another downpour of lava but a tail emerged from the ground he was jumping to. He knew it was there but he let himself get hit and sent flying back. The time for his escape had come, he had collected as much information as he could. Further fighting was futile, there was no way for him to deal a decisive blow.
(A convincing maybe even desperate escape that is what I need)
A giant hand catched him, using its grip it tried to crush him while submerging him in the lava. His escape just had to be right to not prompt it to chase after him, setting such conditions wasn't easy but the alternative was overwhelming it so it would not pursue however he wasn't strong enough to accomplish.
While in the pool of magma he cut space and escaped into the cut, emerging on the desert of the cloudy world. Looking at his appearance his cloak was long gone, combusted from the heat that showed no signs of ceasing but his outfit made of dragon scales was resistant to burning and heat as result it was still fine, but he had a few injuries. They were not threatening and something he could heal from now that he wasn't engaged in a battle.
