After making sure that the kids were done with ogling their new gadgets the adults gave them some common knowledge that may have been omitted from the official school curriculum.

  "You children might not know this but the choice that you make at this point may affect your entire life so make sure you don't regret it in a few years to come."

  "The bloodline that you choose sets your path. Depending on your first pick, you set your body towards a specific attribute, so you won't have any chance of starting again and choosing a different attribute could cause great damage to your body."

  "But there have been some cases of people choosing bloodlines of a similar nature , personally I've seen one have both metal and earth attributes although I'd say it's just a fluke and also warn you not to try it if you don't want to die."

  " Before I forget, I would actually prefer if you choose bloodlines on the same evolutionary path as it would enhance your lower grade bloodline to be more powerful."

  "So have you kids decided on where you will be going after all this , I'm sure you will be accepted anywhere with your kind of aptitude."

  "We'll be going to Jade Elites Academy,"the siblings started.

  Henry nodded. The adults congratulated him for his guts and also added a few more tips for them before they departed each of them to his home.

  Sometime after settling home, Henry was summoned to the main room.

  "Your parents would have been so proud of you Henry, I'm sure they wished to be with you at this very moment. Your parents wished you the very best, they left you a gift for when you reached this stage in your life," she handed him a storage device. "Only you can open it, even I don't know what could be inside." She then left intending to give him some privacy to check his gift.

  Henry took the storage unit to his room. He took a deep breath and then pressed open the unit, he quickly withdrew his hand as he felt something suddenly burn his thumb.The unit then let out a green wave of light that scanned him from head to toe and then opened up revealing what he recognised to be a book, something he was sure was outdated and could be considered ancient since it was rarely used with the advent of Levi bands, beside it was a small bottle of what he recognised to be bloodline solution something he was also sure was used in the past since they used concentrated packs to store them.

  Henry opened the book and started reading it. He was on it for almost two hours and couldn't believe what he just read so he repeated it to make sure what he read was correct and that he had memorized it all.

  He then proceeded to the kitchen where he made sure he saw the book burn into ashes with his own eyes and then returned to his room.

  He then started staring at the gadget inside the storage unit , a Genes Infusion Unit , a product of his father's research, personally he didn't even know that such a thing could exist. It could change the very structure of mankind, it could possibly cause a blood bath once news of such a device was released. His father ,in his notes had warned him the danger he would be exposed to once it would be discovered.

  The Genes Infusion Unit was the size pea made from technology ahead of its time. It did the work of the common Bloodline Advancement System which was monopolised by the Blood Echo Cooperation.

  It was a giant existence that hosted a majority of the most powerful combatants in existence and could also be called the backbone of humanity. The Blood Echo Cooperation had its branches in all human cities in every domain. It was also where people registered as bloodline users.

  According to the notes he could use the two together to avoid suspicion, it could conceal his grade aura until he had pretended to use the Bloodline Advancement System. Unlike the other his father's gift used a more painless process to integrate the new bloodline.

  He touched the metallic pearl that then flowed over his skin and fused with the Levi band on his arm. He opened the band and could now see a part where he could use the Genes Infusion Unit that had assimilated with it.

  He was now left with two things to do, to search for a bloodline of his choice and also use the fluid in the remaining container that his father's notes termed as Bloodline Purification fluid, said to cleanse the bloodline solution off impurities.

  According to the notes, once he uses it his bloodline progression will be the slowest on par with those with an E grade aptitude as his blood would now only accept a pure bloodline and reject everything impure. And it was also a very painful process , it was also not tested on humans and should consider himself a test subject as it was one of a kind and it's ingredients were the last of what was left in existence.

  The notes advised that he should wrap up everything he was planning on doing in the next couple of days before attempting to use it as it would exhaust his body in every way imaginable.

  He applied for the Blackburn Military Academy and told his aunt that he was going to be busy in his room for the next couple of days and that he should not be disturbed.
