  Mia:

  "Ahh yes, I can't wait for my meeting with Vincent!"

  Suddenly, her bracelet lights up. Mia:

  "Oh-time for training."

  She arrives at the training grounds, holding her sword.

  Mia:

  "Master Raynor, I'm ready for you to teach me how to fight."

  Raynor laughs at her.

  Raynor:

  "Sit down, Mia. First you need to learn what types of magic you can activate!" Mia puts her sword back in its sheath and sits on a chair. Raynor begins teaching: Raynor:

  "There are four types of magic. 1. Sword Magic

  This is beginner-level magic. You focus all your magic into the sword, and it takes on a color based on your spirit."

  Mia:

  "What does Sword Magic do?"

  Raynor:

  "Don't interrupt me while I'm teaching. With Sword Magic, you can cut mountains. You can make your sword so durable it never breaks. And at the highest level, you can activate light-speed movement-so fast you don't even realize how you're fighting" Raynor continues:

  2. Natural Fist Magic

  "This is the magic you saw Rayzo use. When he focuses magic into his fist, he releases an elemental force. The element depends on the user: fire, water, wind, earth, lightning. All of them are powerful.

  At maximum mastery, you can shape your elementearth, lightning, water-into lethal forms."

  Mo:

  "Can you combine them? Like Sword Magic in one hand and Fist Magic in the other?" Raynor:

  "Good question.

  The answer depends on how much magic you have. Elf magic varies from person to person. But be warned: if you push past your limit, you can activate Magic Sickness. It gives you one last burst of magic... and then you can never use magic again."

  will NOT train you in Mind Magic. You can die from it. Or go insane."

  Mia:

  "But what does Mind Magic do?"

  Raynor:

  "Good question.

  With Mind Magic, you focus on your brain. When you activate it, anyone sensitive to Mind Magic feels intense pain in their head." Raynor activates Mind Magic for a moment. Mia and Mo clutch their heads, almost fainting. Raynor deactivates it.

  Raynor:

  "Now you understand how powerful Mind Magic is."

  Mia:

  "That's... such a cool magic!" Raynor continues:

  4. Unique Transformation Magic "Once you master the first three magics, you unlock the final one: Unique Transformation Magic.

  This magic is different for every elf. My unique transformation is sword-based. Any sword touch turnslight pink, and my ability lets me disable the opponent's Mind Magic. They can't enter my mind. Drake's unique magic is illusions. I hope you never have to fight him."

  Mia:

  "Is there anything else we need to learn?" Raynor:

  "Yes. There's one more thing you must know. In Centopia, there are three cursed swords. They feed on magic.. and kill their wielder."

  Raynor shows Mia and Mo his own cursed SWord.

  Raynor:

  "It doesn't affect me because only use one technique with it.

  But if ever release too much of its power... I could die."
