Chapter Thirty-Eight: Farewell, Friend

  As soon as they returned to the hotel room, Joanna quickly took off her high heels and changed into slippers, while Joe also shed his suit and put on a loose robe.

This monkey's performance in the show was too good to be true - it would turn off the alarm clock in the morning, scrub its owner's back while they were taking a bath, and even read the newspaper during breakfast, among other incredible feats.

  Joanna looked at the monkey in the TV play and said, "What a lovely little guy, great, you know, An, it's now the highest-paid animal in Hollywood, this TV series shoots an episode and its appearance fee is $12,000, much higher than my salary."

  The shop assistant took out the monkey, prepared a small cage that could be held in one's hand for Ju An, and after settling the bill, even helped Ju An carry the cage onto the taxi. The service attitude was impeccable.

  When he returned to the hotel, he took a few bananas from the fruit plate on the tea table, carried the cage, and flashed into the space.
