Chapter 143: Colliding with Deer
While eating popcorn, waiting for the movie to start. When the lights dimmed, there were not many people in the projection room. Ju An waited until the lights went out and reached out to hold Diana's hand. Diana hesitated for a moment before leaning her head on Ju An's shoulder. Ju An put his arm behind Diana's head, embracing her, and the two began watching the movie together.
The whole movie doesn't have much to say, the special effects are good, the robot fight is impressive, the relationship between the protagonist and his son, from not getting along to being close, is a typical Hollywood cliché. The irresponsible father and his stubborn son gradually come to understand each other through their interactions with the boxing robots, and there are two scenes that are quite touching, even making Diana tear up. Of course, such small moments wouldn't normally make me cry. As for the protagonist and his son casually picking up a robot from a garbage dump, which just happens to be the best kind, and the low-level robot defeating the high-level one is full of plot holes. In short, except for the robot fight being somewhat impressive, everything else is old and clichéd.
After careful consideration, picking up trash with the best robot is nothing compared to my brother. He casually bought a small dog and ended up picking up a pearl, living a great day. Suddenly, I felt that the script setting was too reasonable, and I had the opportunity to chat with this guy and discuss how to pick things up.
Sneaking a glance at the couples nearby, Juzhen suddenly realized that he and Diana were the most traditional ones. The couple on the edge was already doing something not suitable for children, with the woman riding on the man's legs, moving up and down. This was too stimulating. After a while, Diana also saw it. She said, "Too excessive, public place." Juzhen hastily nodded in agreement, saying, "Yes, public place, these two have no sense of public morality."
After the movie ended, Ju An walked out of the cinema with Diana in his arms. Once he started the car, they set off on the road to send Diana back home.
As soon as they left the town, the cars on the road became extremely scarce. The two of them drove while chatting. Diana obviously thought this movie was a good one and said to Ju An: "The little boy in the movie is too cute, I think he's the most impressive, everyone else becomes a supporting actor."
"Yeah. The little guy's performance overshadowed everyone, even I think it overshadowed the robot fight, which is probably the biggest highlight of the movie."
"I think the robot design in the movie doesn't look good, by the way I want to ask you what is the Chinese character on the second robot of the protagonist that looks really cool?" Diana asked curiously.
"Ultra evil man, but if you ask me to say it again, I think it's not cool at all, having such a name is actually quite silly." Thinking of the Chinese characters on the robot's body, he couldn't help but want to laugh again.
Diana asked strangely: "Why, isn't he just a super bad guy?"
"Rather than believing he's the worst kind of man, I'd rather think he's a super disgusting and despicable guy. Luckily when I saw those words on that robot, I hadn't drunk water at the time; if I had, I would have choked."
Diana couldn't help but laugh too. As she saw Diana's laughter, Ju An's heart skipped a beat and he slowly stopped the car. When Diana asked in surprise, "An, why did you stop?" Before she could finish speaking, she saw Ju An staring at her without blinking, and Diana gently closed her eyes. She leaned forward, and Ju An slightly tilted his head to kiss her lips. He wrapped his arms around Diana's back and pulled her closer. Diana wrapped her hands around Ju An's head, and they lightly kissed each other's lips. Ju An moved his hand from Diana's back to the front, grasping a soft spot, and gently squeezed twice. When his guilty hand tried to sneak into Diana's collar, it was gently pressed down by Diana's hand, and it obediently retreated.
Two people hugged and kissed for a few minutes before separating. Ju An held Diana's rosy cheeks with both hands, facing Diana and said: "Diana, you're really beautiful tonight". Diana stared at Ju An's eyes and said: "I dressed up for a long time today, actually I had dressed up when I went to your house as a guest in the past, but you didn't notice it at that time. When I heard about your date with Jasmine, I was very sad, thinking you didn't like me at all".
Gently stroking Diana's cheek, he said: "My reaction was slow, I didn't know what kind of girl I liked. Later, when you helped me pick out things, I started to feel something, and now I know, it's you, Diana, I love you."
Diana opened her big brown eyes and looked into Ju An's eyes, gently stroking Ju An's hand and said: "I love you too". Then the two closed their eyes again, their lips meeting once more. Without Joanna's fervor or Jasmine's passion, it was so calm and deep, like a gentle stream flowing from their lips throughout their bodies. The girl in front of him was so vivid and natural. Just as the two were immersed in each other, a horn sounded, followed by a man's voice: "Hey, buddy up ahead! What's going on? Do you need any help?"
Yu An smiled at Diana and then stuck his head out of the car window, saying: "Nothing, buddy, you go first."
"I saw your car parked on the side of the road without lights on, I thought something had happened. Luckily nothing did." The driver behind then overtook Ju An's car and drove past.
"Why didn't you turn on your tail lights? If the car behind us was going fast and crashed into us, it would be so dangerous!" Diana complained.
"Earlier I was only thinking of you and forgot to turn on the tail lights." Diana laughed at Jūān's explanation.
Jū ān was driving the car while occasionally turning his head to chat with Dina. When he turned a corner, he suddenly heard Dina shout "Be careful!" and saw a dark object darting out of the woods. Jū ān instinctively slammed on the brakes, but it was too late. He heard a loud crash and felt something hit the front bumper of the car. His heart tightened instantly, and Dina also clutched her chest, gasping for breath.
He got out of the car and went to take a look, only to find that it was a deer, already dead, with a fairly large body, and there were five or six antlers on its head.
Diana also got down from the car, looked at the deer and said: "Get him on the car and take him home to skin him immediately." Ju An nodded, and then tried to lift the deer up, but it was extremely heavy, weighing over 200 pounds. In the end, they had to drive the car around to the front of the deer's body, open the trunk, and fortunately, Ju An's car was a hatchback. They put the deer's head on the back of the car, Diana stood on the car pulling, while Ju An pushed from below, and finally managed to get the deer onto the car. The two then continued their journey once again.
After sending Diana back home, Ju An glanced at his watch and found it was almost 10:30. At the gate of Diana's farmhouse, he kissed her goodbye, watching as she walked into the house before getting back in the car and heading towards the ranch.
When they arrived at the ranch, Ju An stopped the car and looked around to see who was still awake. He happened to notice that Da Jun's room light was still on, so he knocked on the door: "Da Jun, are you asleep? If not, come over and help me out."
After a while, the big army put on their clothes and walked out: "What's up, An Ge! Just got back?"
"Hey, on the way back, I hit a deer and had no choice but to bring it back," said Ju An, pointing to the trunk of the GMC. Da Jun stretched his neck to take a look and said, "Not small at all." After that, he helped Ju An unload the deer and found some rope to hang it from a tree branch. When they got back to the house, Ju An saw that Da Jun had already taken out a sharp knife from the kitchen and started skinning the deer. Ju An watched for a while before praising him, "Da Jun, great job! Your skill at skinning deer is really not bad. Last time I skinned a rabbit, it was such a hassle."
The big army peeled and smiled at Ju An, saying: "Originally, my old home was in the mountains. When I was young, I caught a roe deer and shot a deer. However, these things are now rare in the mountains. Which mountain child doesn't know how to peel a wild animal? After you peel it twice, Brother An, you'll be proficient."
Jū ān yī tīng, yě cóng wū lǐ ná le bǎ dāo chūlái, gēn dà jūn yì qǐ bāo le qǐlai, dà jūn hái shí bù shí de jiào xiē xiǎo qiào mén gěi Jū ān, Jū ān jiàn jiàn de yě bāo dé shùn liú qǐlai, liǎng gè rén bāo dé rè huǒ cháo tiān de shí hòu, tuō mǎ sī yě zǒu le guò lái.
Saw two people peeling a deer head and asked: "An, you really have the interest, so late still hit a deer head".
"Where's the fun in that? I was coming back tonight and encountered a stray dog at a turn, it rushed over and got hit by me. Had to bring it back, who goes hunting this late anyway?"
Just then, Er Zhuang and Huai En, Du Hu and several others came out, surrounding the deer to take a look. Du Hu said: "Hey! This guy's head isn't small at all, tomorrow is just right for a hunting festival".
"Why don't you go to the mountain with a gun and walk around, not too far away. If you encounter a male deer, shoot it back and you'll have something to eat. You can eat as much as you want until you're full."
"If any of you want to eat it, I can really go hunting, the hunting license I handled last time still has one deer that hasn't been hunted yet." Ju An smiled and replied.
"Hey An Ge! What's with this deerskin?" Er Zhong asked, scratching his head.
"Never mind this one, I'm going to take it to the town tomorrow to have it made into a leather leg guard for my old man and a hat for my mom. If you want one, go get one in two days."
"Alright then, let's talk about it in two days. I also want to get a knee pad for my dad, he always gets leg pain when winter comes and it's cold."
