A small realization dawned on me as I recalled previous events. I successfully possessed a crow!
I turned my enormous head around to look at myself from all angles. The view was impressive from these eyes. I could see so far now. If before I could see as far as 3 kilometers, now I could see 7 times of that! Also, I could almost see 360 degrees, it stopping before my backside. I could look side to side without even turning my head. But not only was my eyesight super-enhanced, but the detail that I could now perceive was also superb!
As I looked around, I could see an ant scaling up a tree from my position. I could see the individual veins of leaves on the forest trees. I could see a [Single Horned Jackalope] charging its horn to defend itself from becoming prey. All this was great, however, there was a downside to this. Since I could take in more details, that meant my eyes were more sensitive. So when I looked at the sky, the horrible brightness and heat blinded me for a second. I cried out in pain as I rapidly blinked my eyes and shook my head. That was terrible!
Making a sound that sounded like a groan from my beak, I raised my wings to shield my eyes…
:o How cool was that? I had wings!
After a while, my eyesight came back, and I immediately tried to lift my wings again. I soon discovered that it was slightly harder than forcing my ghost body to float up. But after a while of practicing, I managed to lift one wing, then the other. It was almost like a human hand after I got used to the new it.
Feeling excited all over, I decided to bring up my stats.

“Caaaw Caaaaw” I cried out in happiness, swinging my dark black wings in joy. New skills to test out!
It seemed like I still had the skills from my ghost class to be used plus 3 extra from the body I was currently possessing. How nice! I did a little celebratory dance, swinging my arms and small feet around in joy.
To anyone who saw this scene, it would seem absurd - watching a crow dancing by itself in a forest. But at that moment, I had no care in the world. I was just too caught up in the moment.
Mostly I was just happy that I got control of a physical body that I could see, and it was a pleasant change of scenery than that of what I was used to, being invisible. On top of that, I also had wings and feet, meaning that I could now do many more things in my current form.
I paused my celebration momentarily as I thought of the skills and limitations of this new form. I couldn’t try all of my capabilities out!
What I wanted to try out the most was obviously flight. Being a bird and having wings, I wanted to soar in the skies, having my eyes scout more land than I could on solid ground. With the passive skill [Enhanced Vision], I would probably be able to spot dangers before they even arrived!
With this thought in my head, I decided to try and fly. I felt very giddy and internally laughed like a curious child as I braced myself and gave a small flap with my wings.
Swoosh
I could feel the air rushing past, ruffling my feathers in the process, but it wasn’t enough to lift me. I stumbled on my small-clawed bird feet for a while, before I found my balance once more.
“Let's try that again,” I thought as I directed my wings to be parallel to the forest floor, and then gave a more confident and powerful swing.
Whoosh
“CACAAAAA” I shouted as I was lifted a few meters above the ground.
Out of reflex, I began flapping my wings furiously to keep myself elevated. It took me a few seconds, but eventually, I managed to stabilize my body. It took me a few more moments to control my hovering until I saw a pleasant surprise.

I guess I was just too good at leveling skills huh?
Anyways, I wanted to continue experimenting with flight some more, so I tilted my body to the right, and I turned to the right. Pretty simple. I did the same with the left. Then tilting forward, I moved straight ahead. It was almost like commanding an airplane.
To move up, I simply had to give out powerful flaps of my wings.
Doing this, I soon began nearing the top of the tallest trees in the forest. But I didn’t stop there, I continued moving towards the clouds.
Eventually, I stopped. All this was tiring work and I was finding it harder to breathe due to the high altitude. So I descended until my feet clumsily landed on a branch.
The adrenaline rush was now gone, and I felt exhausted. It almost felt like I used a whole Mana Blast. However this time I didn't use Mana, but Stamina - I assumed. Both were somewhat the same because after a while of doing nothing, I felt my energy recharge. It was a weird feeling. Almost like I ate and slept at the same time.
While I felt energetic quite quickly, I would need to conserve my energy. Wouldn't want to pass out in the middle of flying around in the skies. I would fall down and damage myself, or worse...get found by a predator. Wait...but who eats crows?
Just then, a loud sound brought me out of my thoughts.
CAW CAW
As I turned my head around in confusion, my eyes widened in shock.
