Chapter 5: Setting the board II

. This was what Naomi had been pushing towards, as it needed to be believable that an actual devotee had given the pass to Reza. Now ready to step in, Naomi made her way over to the girls' shifting planes so that she was visible to the two women.

" Heiress Corvais, you're needing help with a project. In an area that Reza needs a pass to go. Tell me more about this project and I will see what I can do." Naomi smirked as the two mortals jumped in surprise. Reza even spun around to face Naomi, her hand lighting with fire magic. Reza immediately went into a bow as was required when a Master devotee entered. Bella also shifted into the common practice of giving a curtsey. All it took was a touch of magic to get Bella to provide the opening she needed to make the arrangements.

"Yes, I am working on setting up a sailing school and knowledge guide with my father's permission to oversee everything, as he is funding the project. I don't think a devotee needs to be on hand, but we should at least have a healer on hand in case something goes wrong. Especially during our first outing." Explained Bella.

Naomi waved her hand and summoned the passbook and poured godly energy into the pen and ink as she filled the pass out, ensuring that the log would show that a devotee had given Reza permission to assist Bella as a healer for her school's sailing lessons. The energy would alter the name to show whoever was most trusted, adding a magical snare that, if revealed, would give the devotee false memories of their actions if questioned. Once done, Naomi sent the book back to wherever it came from, made a nod to each girl and left out of sight before vanishing back into the immortal realm.
