Kagura and Red tried to stay near Raioten, but he had other plans. He darted away to be on his own, despite their warnings. Kagura tried his best to keep a positive outlook as Raioten ran off. He trusted that Raioten would survive somehow and that he would become strong enough to protect his little bro.

  Red and Kagura immediately took advantage of the highly sophisticated gym. The weights used a high tech gravity system that allowed extremely heavy weights to be used without the cumbersome weight set.

  The special platform used increased gravity on the bar itself, and the opposite under the lifter's feet to stop them from damaging the floor. Kagura was having a blast testing out all of the heaviest weights he could get his hands on. Red spent her time moving from machine to machine, trying to find a good balance.

  When they both saw the treadmill, they were reminded of Raioten. They tried it out and knew that he would've absolutely loved running on it. The "treadmill" was just a small, square platform on the ground. The platform rolled in tune with the user's steps, and could be programed with varying level of resistance.

  The machine also had programmable viewing modes to give the user a full view of a unique background, like a forest, or the mountains, to run through. As Red dragged Kagura out of the gym, they prepared to go eat lunch.

  Kagura: No! I'll starve in there I don't care!

  Red: Hush and let's go. You'll get more gym time if you don't die you know.

  Kagura: Whatever.

  Kagura quickly moved in front of Red to shield her out of nowhere. His arm was pierced by a blade and stuck to the wall. Another prisoner came in to attack them and left Kagura hanging by the knife in his arm. Before he could take it out, the man stabbed his other arm as well.

  ?: Oh look at you. I bet you'll grow into something reeeealll sweet won't you?

  Red: What does that even mean? Stay away!

  Red caugh him with a strong uppercut, but the man just smiled.

  ?: I love me a little fighter.

  When Red came back for another attack, the man bit down on her arm. Holding her in his mouth, he stabbed her multiple times, twisting each blade to inflict the most pain he could. Kagura used his feet to push off of the wall to help. He was caught off guard when the man threw a strange powder in his eyes. Being blinded, Kagura stood no chance at defending himself. After beating Kagura, the aggressor stood over Red and licked his lips.

  ?: I didn't hurt you too bad did I?

  Red: Screw you.

  He punched her in the face a few times, hoping to change her attitude. She remained as defiant as ever, all the way up until the QRPT showed up.

  ?: Here we go, we're all fine here. You can go back to the infirmary.

  Nurse: Step back! We won't ask again.

  The nurses pulled out different kinds of weapons, forcing the man to retreat. They sprinted back to the infirmary with the children in tow. The man frowned and walked away. He muttered to himself as he was walking back to his room, plotting his next attack. As he stepped into his bathroom, he was knocked over. Raioten pounced on him, swinging with all his might. The man was caught off guard momentarily, but regained his composure and began his counter attack.

  ?: Attacking me in my own room? You've got guts kid!

  He easily overwhelmed Raioten with raw strength. The man grabbed hold of Raioten's arm and slammed him around the bathroom. He smahed Raioten's face through the toilet, the sink, and even through the wall back into the bedroom.

  ?: Looks like the nurses are running late, that too bad for you kiddo.

  He continued attacking Raioten, using all of his hidden weapons, and noticed that Raioten kept his eyes focused. Even as the man left the boy broken and beaten, his eyes continued to drill into his soul. The man knocked Raioten out of his room and laid down to go to sleep. He woke up the morning and began to stretch.

  Before he could get out of bed, he began getting choked. A thin rope was placed over his neck in his sleep and Raioten was underneath his bed, pulling with all of his might. Raioten tied one side of the rope around his leg in order to grab the knife he placed on the floor. The boy began to furiously stab into the bottom of the mattress as he choked the man unconscious.

  As his movements ceased, the bloodied Raioten jumped on top of the bed and mauled him until the QRPT came to his aid. Raioten tried to continue attacking, but the nurses knocked him down and escorted the man to the infirmary. After his healing was complete, he was overcome with rage and embarrassment.

  ?: I'm going to kill that kid, no matter what!

  Nurse: You know we won't allow that, Kenji . We have to rescue everyone no matter what.

  Kenji: That little blue haired child attacked me in my own room. I don't care about your jobs, he dies.

  Nurse: Did you say blue hair? We actually have strict orders to ignore him.

  A demonic smile crept onto the man's face.

  Kenji: Perfect.

  Kenji went into the cafeteria to plan his next move. As he was eating, he thought back to his encounter with Raioten. Kenji was furious that he was caught off guard by a child. As soon as he stood up from his table, a fork was plunged into his knee. As Kenji fell to the ground, he caught a glimpse of what was under the table.

  Raioten's bright blue eyes showcased his rage from beneath the table. As he stepped up to attack once more, Kenji blew his blinding powder in his eyes. When Raioten stepped back to rub his eyes, Kenji went in for the attack. Everyone else in the cafeteria was shocked to see the two fighting like they were. Surprising Kenji, Raioten was still able to avoid his initial strike. The boy took another fork he had and cut at Kenji's neck.

  Kenji immediately had to hold his wound to slow the bleeding, but Raioten wouldn't relent. He stomped on Kenji's arm, shattering his elbow. Being defenseless, Kenji was forced to endure and wait. He hoped that the QRPT would make it in time to stop the pain. When they arrived, Raioten allowed him to be carted off into the infirmary with no resistance.

  As Kenji bordered on unconsciousness, Raioten stood right over him on the cart. Raioten's eyes didn't leave Kenji's for even a second. As Kenji was placed into the rejuvenation station, his combat tools were laid off to the side. Raioten walked over and gathered them up before leaving. Kenji tried to protest, but the Nurses only cared about keeping him in good shape.

  They had no other job responsibility outside of healing the injured. When Kenji was healed, he stormed out to immediately hunt down Raioten. Kenji searched high and low but didn't catch so much as a glimpse of Raioten all day. As he returned to his room, Kenji checked every space he could that Raioten could have been hiding in.

  Kenji couldn't sleep that night. He was tossing and turning in his bed, boiling with rage and fear. Kenji decided to get up and go to the gym to clear his mind. When he entered, he checked every space of that room as well. Seeing that he was alone, he began to lift. He started with bench press, and used the gravity to really push himself. Kenji lifted until he began to really struggle.

  As his arms began to shake, the weight slowly fell down towards his chest. Before he could get the weight up, a knife sunk into his right elbow. Kenji couldn't scream out as a shower rag was placed over his mouth. The weight fell down but Raioten was there to catch it. He had Kenji completely stuck. He couldn't move his other arm because Raioten would just drop the weight on him. Kenji's rage had finally gone overboard. He screamed at Raioten, his words muffled by the makeshift gag in place.

  Kenji: Fuck you! I swear I'll fucking kill you when I get out of this you fucking-

  Raioten kept his eyes staring right at Kenji and with his other arm, slowly began turning up the weight. He removed his hand and Kenji couldn't hold the weight one handed. The bar began to sink into his chest.

  Kenji: What do you want from me..... SAY SOMETHING!

  Raioten's face didn't move a muscle. His low eyes pierced into Kenji's, breaking his will.

  Kenji: Please! Just let me go. I don't know what I did to you but I'll never do it again I swear!

  Raioten just sat still. He sat right over Kenji, simply staring at him for hours. After what felt like an eternity for Kenji, Raioten finally moved. He walked over to Kenji's feet and cut one of them off with one of his own knives. The QRPT showed up moments later to the violent scene of Raioten slashing Kenji over and over. They released the weights and rushed him to the infirmary once more. Raioten once again sat directly in front of the healing station with his cold eyes never leaving their mark.
