Author's note:- After some research I have come to the conclusion that a Level-1 Super Tier spell is 30 times stronger than the Level-3 Advance Tier spell. Level-2 Super Tier Spell is 4 times stronger than Level-1 Super Tier spell and Level-3 Super Tier Spell is 8 times stronger than Level-2 Super Tier Spell. Level-3 Super Tier is 32 times stronger than Level-1 Super Tier spell.
Reason- Mo Fan's Level-4 Advance Tier Lightning Spell which was 24 times stronger than a non-soul grade Level-3 Advance Tier Lightning Spell but it was still lacking in comparison to a true Super Tier spell.
It was also mentioned somewhere (or maybe not) that a Peak Super Tier mage can defeat a Level-1 Super Tier mage with Heaven Grade Seed.
# There were no Novice Tier Spells of Blessing Element in Wiki. So I guessed possible spell. Share your opinion.

From the Black Dragon Emperor Enslavement arc, we learnt that 17 million euros were equal to 1 billion yuan. I did a little research and found the currency exchange rate between dollar and yuan (1 dollar = 6 yuan). From dollar I found exchange rate of yuan and INR (1 yuan = 7 INR).
