Located far away from Aria, beyond the coverage of the dome, passing through the dense foggy areas a mini dome was pnted firmly on the corrupted nd.
Surrounding said dome were thousands of the corrupted, their gruesome bodies, barely seen in the deep fog were wildly smming on the dome, their bodies being rebounded by the dome.
Inside the dome, a ft barrier floor was fixed into the ground, isoting the corruption from the ground. A one-story building was created in the dome and currently inside the building were two women.
The first woman was dark-skinned and had long bck dreadlocks and brown eyes, she was 170cm tall and was currently preparing a meal in the kitchen, a liquid meal. The second woman was lying in a rectangur transparent pod, she had no hair on her head and her skin was deathly pale, she was lightly floating inside the pod that was filled with red liquid.
A few minutes ter the bck-haired woman brought the meal and proceeded to open the pod.
The woman quietly took a small spoon full of the meal and sent the spoon to the unconscious woman’s lips, the liquid meal silently trickled down the woman’s throat, a few trickling down into the pod and she fed the woman like this for ten minutes before stopping as the bowl was empty and leaning down towards the sleeping woman’s lips and sighed at how bck it was.
Her bck eyes held deep sorrows and loss and strong hatred as she gazed at the unconscious woman, her lips moving as silent words floated out
“I Wish to kill you personally…”
The bck-haired woman got up and returned the ptes to the kitchen before moving to the signal machine.
The small bck box was dead with some parts corrupted, stopping its usage. The bck-haired woman gently wore enhanced mili gloves and put her hands into the sealed-up corrupted part.
She quietly removed the remaining corrupted parts stuck to the battery and after three hours she was done. She quickly removed the now cleared-up battery and proceeded to insert it into the signal machine
The machine whirred silently as It came to life, red lights twinkling on it for a second and a holographic screen floated up.
The holographic screen changed between the words loading and error for five minutes straight before finally connecting
The woman looked at the connection with calm eyes, hidden in those calm eyes were deep longing as she started to send her message to the other side. All messages from the signal machines are always sent to the motherboard before being processed to its location. It's mostly used by the military.
The woman watched as the holographic screen wrote red as green lights blinked twinkly.
She moved away and went back to the unconscious woman and looked at her with cold eyes
“I might have saved your life, Mira… Měiqí won’t let you keep it.”
Back at Aria, bypassing the thousands of kilometers separating the two women from the city, located inside the military area beside the recruits’ training ground was the information center. All news to be sent around the military went through there.
Inside the information center, at the area designated for the signal machine. A rge bck screen dispyed different static lights that blinked regurly and showed an active location. One of the operators had just returned from his break and sat down on his chair as he started to decrypt the avaible signals sent so they could be transferred.
His thick brows frowned as he used the motherboard to check the location of the signal. The motherboard dispyed static for a few seconds before showing a distinct location of a distance of 14549 kilometers!
The location being shown was also seen by his colleagues as they asked curiously what signal could come from outside the dome and so far away.
The man who had taken the message to decrypt was shaking fiercely as his eyes showed excitement. His colleagues annoyed at him for not answering simply stood and went to his screen to check the message as the message had already been deleted from the motherboard for privacy reasons.
The group of people collectively should have excitement and relief before urging the man to send it directly to the Marshal.
The man nodded and with quick moves had everything sent to the Marshal and one of the men said
“The Lord….. She’s back!”
It has been hundreds of years since the ascension happened and all other forces apart from the Air Force had been disbanded. Years passed and the ranks in the Air Force were as such:

The retirement age for military personnel in Aria was increased to three hundred after the life serum was improved and the current Marshal was Maxwell Arthur Saint, he has been in the position for a hundred years, protecting Aria from the dangers lying beyond the dome.
Marshal Maxwell was currently overseeing the training of the recruits before his watch beeped. The heroic man frowned for a second as it had been years since he st received a signal personally. Despite it being military use only.
Not dwelling on his confusion for long he nevertheless understood the importance of a signal being sent to him and checked it, the calm man that has always been stable after a hundred years of battles broke his composure and ughed happily like a child at the news, directly leaving the training site as he issued a bunch of commands to his assistant while writing out a mail.
“Send word to Lord Měi Qí that Lord Aria has sent news and give her this and contact the closest Air commodore to return for a rescue mission, hurry!”
The assistant nodded, her eyes filled with excitement as she took the mail to be sent to Lord Měi Qí and hurried off.
Marshal Maxwell reached his office and got started on pnning a route to safely evacuate Lord Aria from the corrupted nds, his features glowing like a child whose parents were coming home.
“Lord Aria is back!”
The City of Měiqí has always been known as nature’s jade, the most beautiful nd. Covered in millions of beautiful jade, its beautiful architecture along with its flowing rivers and sparkling kes, the city of Měiqí was a pce of paradise.
Měiqí meaning beautiful jade took the name on a literal level when the city was being constructed and while the other cities were filled with skyscrapers, Měiqí was filled with low buildings and beautiful trees were located in all parts of the city, it was half meter trees three-meter trees. The herbivorous animals like the butterflies were active in different flower fields, the pandas that were sleeping or eating in the bamboo forest and the rabbits hopping around showed the peaceful ambiance Měiqí was surrounded with.
Located at the center of Měiqí, surrounded by majestic cherry blossom trees and a sparkling ke was the home of the Lord of Měiqí, Miss Měi Qí.
The house was a two-story building created from the purest jade that glowed in the dark blue night, the workers were silently making dinner for the Lord in the beautiful kitchen and the whole house was filled with portraits of a dark-skinned beautiful woman with long dreadlocks…
A few minutes passed and the meal was prepared and pced on a tray, a young man carried the tray and moved to the second floor and gently knocked on the door thrice before entering. He pced the tray filled with food on the crystal table and took the other tray away before silently closing the door.
A few seconds passed before one of the doors in the room opened and a gorgeous beauty walked out. The woman was 190cm tall with beautiful porcein skin, her hair was bck and luscious and reached her waist, and her emerald eyes cked emotions fitting a living being as she mechanically walked to the table and started to eat. Her gorgeous face was stained with paint that had already dried and as for her clothes, well… It was colorful.
She finished eating and without wasting a second went back into the room she came from. The room was filled with more paintings of the woman except these paintings were more different, either she was in the middle of an orgasm, her body glistening with sweat or she was tied to a bed, lust burning in her eyes, everything was there.

Měiqí washed up and changed into a blue dress put her hair in a ponytail and without further haste took a jet straight to Aria, her eyes burning with dangerous emotions.
Arya’s pov
Collecting my earnings from the auction house and converting to credit went smoothly as I didn’t let Aqua follow me, the veil after all only changed her eye color, it didn’t have any effect on the residents.
We were now heading to the location sent by Stallion. Honestly I wasn’t close to them as we only met during the sniper training but he cims I’d be interested so why not, and if it gets dangerous… Well, I’m not the one getting killed.
The pce was outside the city but thankfully we could still drive there and there were surprisingly no monsters on the way. After twenty minutes of driving in the wilderness, we finally saw rows of vehicles parked at the side and a deep jungle ahead, with a frown I parked the car and came out. Opening the door for Aqua as she got off she said
“Your friend is in there?”
“… maybe. Let’s see what’s going on first.”
She didn’t question it and simply wrapped her arms around my neck as I flew up with her in my arms. In less than a minute we approached a clearing and saw hundreds of pyers surrounding a white portal, the portal had streaks of bck binding it like it was locked up.
Gncing around I saw the short figure of a stallion and I nded beside him just to hear him say
“I hope rifts don’t have a lim-! HOLY SAMAEL. LLOUD! Warn someone okay!”
I simply grinned as his loud voice had people looking at us or it was my wings, either way it didn’t matter and with Aqua silently lying in my arms I asked
“So… What’s happening here?”
Stallion sighed as he gnced at Aqua’s back for a second before looking up at me, curiosity swimming in his eyes
“That’s a rift (pointing to the portal) when the bck chains disappear we should be able to go in”
I was confused, there was no information about ruins in the game’s wiki
“Is this knowledge public? It’s not in the game’s wiki? And what do you do inside”
“That’s because it’s a hidden level, no one knows the requirements for it to appear but there should be good rewards inside!”
I looked at the person that just talked, a human female and 150cm give or take, she looked a bit like a stallion, to be honest, so I asked him
“Teammate?”
“Cousin and yeah. Right let me introduce you, Nirvana is my cousin, she’s a scout. Broad is an orc cannoneer and Devi is an executor. We’re from Samael by the way”
Okay… I nodded before directing my gaze to the portal, for some reason, my horn felt a bit painful, like burning pain and wanted to leave this area. I didn’t know if there were new stats to my race as I forgot to check it but I’m willing to listen, this rift was beginning to feel like a trap, I might be wrong though so I was contempting as I checked my racial information

My eyes went cold as I said to the stallion before flying out of the area with Aqua still in my arms
“I don’t think the ruins give rewards!”
I flew straight to the car and removed Aqua from my body, I frowned to see her unconscious. I didn’t know how that was possible but I was determined to get her out of here first so I gently put her in the car and drove off, she was unconscious till we reached the city entrance as her eyes opened drowsily she moved without hesitation and pinched my waist, was it painful. No, as it was all muscles and I’ve felt worse. Did I shout? Yes I did
“Are you trying to hurt your hands!”
She scoffed and pursed her lips before saying
“Took you so long to realize something was wrong, I didn’t move at all and you didn’t doubt it?!”
I understood what she was saying, Aqua is nice and usually would not ignore someone, anyone. But it’s not the first time she’s… Well gone limp in my arms! I didn’t say that though
“You’re awake now right and I’m sorry… I didn’t think in that direction so don’t be mad okay?”
She went silent for a second as she studied my face before smiling softly, as soft as a milk pudding looking extremely beautiful
“Since you said it so sweetly I’ll let it go. You were also unaware after all.”
I rapidly nodded as I drove to the underground parking of the apartment complex to hear her say
“You think they’ll be fine?”
“Worried?”
“They’re my fans after all.”
I ughed at that, it is honestly cocky to cim that a random group of people that numbered in the hundreds were your fans but since it’s Aqua we’re talking about…
“They should be fine… Now weren’t you going to take me shopping?”

I chuckled when her eyes brightened up and she dragged me to our apartment so we could log out, Ahh… Being married isn’t easy. And regarding her fans around the rift, I wouldn’t tell her that they all died, she won’t hear it from me either way.
